  1. If I could find a gtp that was not rusted to hell I would buy one as a daily again without question
  2. I was on clubgp was it not goclubgp?? Anyhow yes it was fun watching the battle back and forth then there was a twin turbo v6 firebird and everyone was like mind blown haha My 98 gtp was still one of the best daily drivers I have ever had
  3. Got new front pads and rotors put on this beast today and a price drop
  4. exactly my thought... and is still my same view even when my son was young and all the way through now that he is older ( 10 almost 11) teach them right and keep a eye on them. No reason to add more slower access and fail points when trying to protect your own life. IF YOU MUST lock it up I would go with a mechanical only such as Fort Knox FTK-PB... no error of finger reading, no batteries ,simple
  5. They couldn’t be , that is why Tim worked the magic on them
  6. Al depends as well the financial investment into the company .. just because you can do 50% of the work is someone else is backing it and providing their share of the work as well I wouldn’t expect it to be a 50/50 split
  7. per the original post clean miata people are asking north of 10k for those damn things and I think that is a joke
  8. what??? https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/990307058070385 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2676295042498869 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3139845876097965 that was a 2 minute search looking for low mileage stick cars specifically .. look hard enough you can get into a z06 for 20k and base c5 for under that all day long... https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2711921429079324 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3211125725668008 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3612384982124462 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/276540387028344 I personally would never be buying a 4th gen for 20k dont care the mileage when there are nice vettes out there at that cost
  9. if you go with e36 a absolute must will be rear subframe reinforcement brackets just fyi if you plan to keep the stock rear subframe setup
  10. He has to take it there and back , would probably cost double to ship both ways
  11. $900 seems pretty spot on considering just basic reimbursable mileage rate is .58. Let alone the risk of any damage or failures along the way. At least with say a rental company if something does happen you are covered and they could get you another vehicle. I would not want to be 500+ miles from home with a car on a trailer and have a failure that puts me on the side of the road with someone elses vehicle to boot
  12. The Farkas fam I believe has done this as well. I was a little confused on your post through are you wanting say a rhd FD or similar that had a lhd USA model ?? If so there are tons of importers all across the nation that do this
