  1. If you're switching to conventional I would ask the bank to waive the condition. The appraiser did exactly what he is supposed to do, note any possible safety concerns for the bank according to FHA guidelines (so the bank can then sell the loan to FHA). He's not the expert on lead paint so it will always be differed to a licensed/qualified individual.
  2. Back on topic. Point is, both sides cry and it works both ways. We're seriously arguing about a fucking bathroom. Solution: anyone can use any bathroom they want. Genderless bathrooms with closed and secured stalls. How's that?

That's better idea than the bathroom bills that have been proposed and passed like SB1.

  3. Because the majority of suburban dwellers in America that subscribe to a Judeo-Christian upbringing and world/life view don't see enough evidence that being transgender is anything else than a choice, unless you're watching some really interesting vids on the internet.

but yet they'll go to church where no evidence is necessary...

  4. I don't like the wheel proportion. Something is going on with that I just don't like. I like the style of the wheel. Too big and cartoonish maybe? Crossle gets it

  5. The government will never give up the chance to take more of your money. It's annoying, especially being from PA and not having to worry about figuring out a front plate location, but it is what it is. Thankfully there's ways around drilling into your bumper and still staying legal. You can always shove it in the windshield and hope you don't run into a tightwad cop.

even if they got rid of the front plates, they'd probably charge the same amount. Which would actually be better for the state.

Lets all just be thankful the farm plates are dead. :)

It's so bright and cheery though...

The Mercedes AMG looks good, there's a clip of it testing I'm not able find but the engine sounded more like the old high pitch scream from the past then the deep guttural sound we've been hearing the past couple years.

  7. Trying to sell 2 houses and buy 1 was not a smart idea, but it was my only option. The appraisal on the house came in at 290k and I was in contract for $332.5k. After some cock massaging by my real estate agent, we got the sellers down to $300k (I pay 10k out of pocket, they dropped 32.5k). The house is worth 340k, despite what an appraisal says.

This is happening a lot right now with how high the asking prices are even compared to last year. Appraisers aren't able to justify the price with available comps. If this were to go for sale mid-summer more higher priced comps will be available then.

  8. That is probably the number 1 "complaint" with this (and our competitors) system. There is a lot of work to tune for this, but there if that car does come to a stop then it may be too late to brake. If you look at the data there is virtually no difference between a stopping and a vehicle slowing down for a turn, up until the time of the warning. I know that's not the best explanation, but we're working on it ~everyday. If you get them a lot and find them annoying you can adjust the sensitivity through the UConnect settings.

I just think of Jeremy Clarkson testing it out on the Mazda CX-5
