Any android phone really. I am not looking for a toggle button I am looking for a way to disable it and make it difficult to work around. I found a password application already that will force you to enter a password to launch an app. It restarts automatically on reboot and also if you force close it. This is going to be for a kid's phone. Trying to limit app/internet data usage while on cellular.

Has anyone used or know of an app for android to block data usage for any and all apps? Looking to force the os to only allow phone calls, texting, and wifi. No 4g 3g 2g data use.

I didn't see it but it looks like the ones I've seen driving through new mexico at 1am. Super bright light for a few seconds in total pitch darkness. That is horrible 2 people died from it :/

I have lost cars in the house garages. I've just noticed that. I parked a modified car the parking garage in the middle of the city. I don't know if it is still in there. It was before I saved. I put a few fancy cars in there I stole. I'm going to be pissed if my modified one is gone.

Tennis and golf are nice additions. I've played a lot of those mini games. Much better than bowling on the last GTA. The best thing so far is slowing down time while purposely cutting off people. It looks like I am going to have to send my cell phone to samsung to replace under warranty. That will probably take weeks. Big V can't figure it out my issue and I can not prove that it is a hardware issue. I have no other spare phone so I am looking for one that holds a charge and no issues making and receiving phone calls. I don't care about anything else. Please PM me. Cheaper the better.
