Someone gave me a nook color to root and install gingerbread. I figured out how to install cyanogen 7.0.0 on an SD card and it boots fine. I tried to install clockworkmod through rom manager but this didn't work. I read something about the bootloader being locked. There are no gapps installed on cm7 so this is a big deal. I found some app that I can't remember the name of but it is supposed to get around this. I downloaded it off their website and it said it installed CWM but I can't get the damn thing to launch. If I hold down the power button and select reboot into recovery it doesn't launch. If I do the power button + nook button while booting it doesn't launch CWM. Frustrating. I found a guide to install CWM on a 2nd SD card as a boot disk. Well that works. I can boot into CWM with this, then swap sd card with the one that has cyanogen, install gapps, then reboot but it doesn't have the gapps. Any ideas?

I would think your odds are "good" if you are within grabbing distance from an attacker and you already on target ready to fire. At this point a nice knife would be a worse threat. I think of .410 as "expert shotguns". They will barely spread and only a few shots in the cartridge. Try shooting trap with one if you haven't already. And if you are up for a challenge try it with a 1 shot bolt action .410. You can use mine

Saw a penetration video online talking about .380 ball verses HP. HP does not penetrate that much (7" if i remember through ballistic gel) compared to ball rounds. If you are going to carry a .380 for personal defense I would use ball ammo. I would carry HP for anything 9mm and larger.

It isn't for me. I am making a DVD for someone who can't figure out anything other than putting a disk into their DVD player. DVD Flick seems to be working but it won't see the subtitles. I guess I can rip the subs out manually and add them back in with DVD Fab. It says you can load subs separate.

I have a lot of MKV files with dual audio and subtitle tracks that I want to convert and burn to DVD with a simple menu. I've been trying to use AVStoDVD but it crashes often. It seems to work if I don't have the program compress many files to fit on one DVD but it has to run ffmpeg in safe mode after it tries in normal mode. It does this with all the videos I am trying to convert in a batch run. Pretty annoying to click a box on each one after it fails. Would be nice if there was one freeware program that did everything for me and either gave me vob files and/or will burn after conversion without problems. Ideas? I've found some other all in one programs like Sothink movie dvd maker and Aone movie dvd maker but they don't support multiple channels. I end up with only one language and one subtitle stream.
