  1. Thanks for the offer and advice. I'm going to see if I can't get them to fit a holster into my jacket pocket. If it's a no go I'm going to start looking for some other options.
  2. I keep mine on me. The few times I didn't was for a long drive and I just put it in the center console.
  3. Yes, it's the CW9. I've held the CM9 and it is quite a bit smaller and more ideal for something in your pocket. I probably would have opted for the CM9 if I even knew about them at the time of my purchase, but I'm fully satisfied with the CW9 and don't have any complaints about carrying it daily. I know that the trigger is heavy enough and that if doing my part I won't have to worry about a round going off but I also want something that is ready to shoot from the draw. I feel if I'm in a situation I need to use my gun I'll probably be shooting from somewhere near my belly at close quarters and my attacker will be within an arms length of me which means he can touch my face if I'm in a proper shooting stance like I would be at a range. Seconds matter in this type of situation. A shoulder system would work if I can have the gun hanging low enough to draw off the right side of my body. I'll talk to the guy at Survival Tactics about what he can do.
  4. My only reasoning for the draw is I want to be able to come straight up on a target and not have to bring the gun across my body and having it pointed at anyone it shouldn't be while acquiring the target. Every image I see of a shoulder rig the gun is on the left side of the body set up for a right handed shooter. I want to draw from my right side, not my left.
  5. For the winter I have have a longer jacket and it doesn't allow me to be able to draw my weapon from my IWB Holster. What different types of holsters do they make for jackets or coats? I have very large pockets on the front of my jacket that could conceal my handgun. I just want to see if there are any other options out there than having to revert to getting a smaller pocket gun. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=655&pictureid=5325 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=655&pictureid=5323 I thought about just getting another holster made without that extra piece of leather but the grip would be visible I think even after moving the clips all the way to the top. I also want to be drawing from my right side with my right hand so putting a holster inside of my jacket is out of the question.
  6. We claim New York Style, not Chicago. But either way the deep dish is very good.
  7. Requiem for a Dream Great movie with some really good scenes in it. Pulp Fiction Ezekiel 25:17
  8. I would say it all depends on the purpose of the gun. If this gun is sitting in your house for a SHTF scenario then the money on the Piston Kit is worth it. As said I'd sell a DI gun and do a new build. If it's going to be a range gun or target gun there is not much reason to go with the conversion.
  9. This really only works if you have people not staying in their lane. You know traffic is going to move up quicker because of all the cars leaving your lane. But yes, stay in your lane.
  10. Try a different browser. I've been having issues with Netflix on Mozilla. I switched to using Chrome.
  11. I would dislike not being able to listen to music all the time from speakers or whatever but other than that I could care less.
  12. If you're going to get them into ice hockey don't spend a lot of money on skates til their feet are about to quit growing. There are ice hockey skates and figure skating skates. Get the skates baked at a pro shop after you purchase them. Tie their skates TIGHT on their feet. Don't walk on concrete with ice skates. Be sure to keep the blades sharpened. I would say once every 5 hour skating session. They probably won't get cold out there. Get them some proper gear for what they'll be doing. Helmet, gloves, knee or elbow pads. MOUTH GUARD!!!!
  13. If you're using regular water from the faucet without running it through a purifier this will happen. I don't use Keurig, but if we do a 10 cup grind and don't use our water purifier for a while (need to buy a new filter) the water usually leaves some crap behind in it that gives the coffee a weird flavor. I know one of my roommates uses the K-Cups while the rest of us grind our own beans. I can't say I enjoyed the K-Cup too much. Not worth it when I'm drinking 4 cups a day.
  14. Motorcycle cops have some serious riding ability.
  15. If you are ripping CD's change your format to Apple Lossless. It's not quite FLAC but it's damn good and it only takes up about a 1/4 of the space as FLAC. All of your CD's should come in around 800-900k on average for each song.
  16. Steer clear of Bose headphones. You don't get anything near what you could from another headphone. I would look online if I were you. Buying at most local stores when it comes to headphones normally results in a big waste of money.
  17. I just sold my gun so I have the rest of my stuff up for sale. Ninja 68/45 tank with Adjustable pressure in the reg (Shims) This includes a 1 year pass of unlimited fills to Paintball Ohio good til 10/12 ^^^^SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD^^^^ 75 for all 3 items listed below. Halo B Hopper 35obo NXE 3 pod harness w/ 4 pods. 30obo Red Dye I3 mask 30obo
  18. Senheisser makes some headphones for gaming I believe. Check out head-fi.org. Lot's of good info and reviews on all sorts of headphones in all sorts of price ranges.
  19. Gun Envy on Indianola is 30. Dale is 15 I heard.
  20. Is there any reason not to get a bullpup design? Seems you get the advantages of a long barrel rifle while still being able to carry it around somewhat easily.
  21. I haven't played with the cloud stuff yet, but last time I tried to use google music to stream music from my computer to my phone our internet was worthless. Turn off google music and it runs smooth. I do rip my music in losless format so most of my songs are not 256kbps, more like 3-4 times that size. With over 10k songs it doesn't work very smooth. Regardless, for me personally I'll always keep my music on a device so I can have better sound quality. If sound quality does not concern you, the cloud and your phone will be better than an IPod.
  22. Cowon hands down. If you care anything at all about what your music sounds like ditch the ipod and get a Cowon. With Google Music, if I stream my library (10,000+ songs) to my phone then no one at my house can use the internet so your best bet is to pick about 200 songs to stream and not your library. Also, almost any newer rooted android phone has a better sound card and media player in it than an IPod.
