it wont last long stock. thats why i was suggesting built internals. mustang engine may last past 300k miles with the posi charger or it may last a cupple weeks after you put it on. this link will teach you the basic if you want to know http://www.v6power.net/vb/showthread.php?t=5716 My question about the air to water was is there another place to put it besides front mount. i haven't seen one put anywhere else thats why i stated a front mount air to water. if you have a air to water and you want more hp, do you think CO2 spray or NOS would help the intercooler cool the air down or is that technique strictly for air to air ryan that engine looks amazing. did you take the engine completely apart and sand everything down and then paint the outside or did you just paint it when it was together. plus how did you strip the clear coat and the ugly gray coat off the m90 or did you just paint on top of the coat.

yea i didnt know v6 mustangs came stock with 8.8 rearend with Eibach wheel spacers. I spend my money on parts that will help me out with this car. not to make it look pretty. spoiler came with the car and i want it off but not going to do it unless i get it painted. why would you need a spoiler on a v6. no matter how fast it goes.

dam i thought my car wieghed a lot. yea the built internals suggestion was comming from the knowledge i have about NA mustang motors. didnt think for a second that they are technicaly two dif motors. but still that intercooler sucks. well it sucks for the mustang setup if you keep the mustang radiator cause you have to mount the intercooler behind the radiator. if you have the tbird radiator then its not so bad but a front mount air to water would be so much better compared to the side ways mount.

alright sorry for shiting on your thread. kevin, wiring harness are pricy and im pretty shure he would find a 5.0 at a junkyard for 500+ and then he would need a speedometer comming from the same motor along with the key or else he would need another 100bucks to get around the whole PATS problem and who else knows what could be wrong with the motor since it has been sitting out in the open for the sky to piss on it. p.s. i have stock injectors. horray for 19lbs

your right birdman. he shouldnt build up the engine before trying to get 17lbs out of it and the stock intercooler is realy good. what was i thinking.

before you try to get 17lbs out of it you need to build up the internals. If your budy has some money see if he can get a 4.2 shortblock since you have the engine already out.then he will be able to beat gts congrats on progress. its always easier to take the old engine out. not that easy to get the new one in, most of the time. o yea get a new intercooler. the stock one kinda sucks

well thats what happens when you mod cars. things start to break. maybe they didnt screw in your O2sensors or a wires pinched or maybe it realy is just going bad since the cars 11years old. i dont know how ips is since ive never delt with them but i have heard good things but you can never know for yourself if you dont get under a car and do the hard work, you just have to take there word. if your fine with that then keep doing what works for you.

i agree with not driving sports cars put you in steelth factor cause my gf drives so fucking crazy. she normally does atleast 20 over or so and she has past numerous cops when i have been with her and the cops dont even turn there heads.

I was on the road with you. i was trying to stay in the right as much as possible.luckly everytime i passed the cop i was going the speedlimit or within 5. right when you thought the cops were done there were more. also i was on 33 sunday towards OU and they were doing aerial speed checks? dont know what to call it but i guess the cops were just trying to make quota.

I think it was pretty good but it seemed a little less comming from the maker of Rob zombie. I suggest some people wait to see it because i felt it was ruined by these teenagers Yelling the "N word" and "Watch out bitch your gonna die" and so on. definently better then i thought it would be but i would put it on the very bottom of rob zombies movies
