  1. Ok I got a picture with some arrows for you now lol. The red arrows are the bars I am wondering about if they need to be at a certain angle. The blue arrow is the bar I am trying to see if I can bend around my seat http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p81/alittlelessordinary/rollbar3.gif
  2. Yeah that has always been something that interested me as there are cars from the factory that run faster then 11.49 with no cages. This page is telling me that you need a 5-6 point cage in order to go 10 flat.... http://www.crankshaftcoalition.com/wiki/NHRA-legal_Roll_Bar "extend in height at least 3" above the driver's helmet with driver in normal driving position " Haha that isn't happening at all
  3. Hmm hard to believe you took a dump on anything except your engine bay, oh wait that was just oil....
  4. If by that you mean "dumping more boost into the Acura" then sure lol
  5. I have been reading about the NHRA rules today regarding roll cages and found this, just want to see if this is legit or what.. "The NHRA requires a roll bar in every convertible that is 13.49 seconds or quicker in the quarter mile. For cars that are not convertible, their cut-off time is 11.49 seconds in the quarter mile. There is an exception to this rule. If the vehicle has the stock firewall and floorboard intact, it can run the quarter mile in as little as 10 seconds. The roll bar has to be constructed with 1 3/4-inch mild steel tubing with a wall thickness of 0.118 inch. Or 1 3/4 chrome-moly tubing with a wall thickness of 0.083 can be used." This is the first I have ever seen of this "exception", I was always under the impression that no matter what, you needed a cage after 11.49 et's. What is the actual rule about this? If this is not true does anyone know the breakdown of ET/Trap Speed to # of point cage needed? I.E what point cage is needed when going say 9.99 to 10.50's << just an example Also are there any limitations on bending the bar that runs behind the front seats? I am 6'6 and do not want to lose all comfort while driving the car, if bending the bar around my seat position is allowable I would be more open to the idea of having a cage in the car.
  6. Shooting for mid 10s at Import Faceoff in April. Hopefully this year I dont have all the issues that I did last year with the car.
  7. In other qb news, Taylor Graham has apparently transfered to Hawaii.
  8. If only I lived in Columbus still, I could use the spare money lol
  9. One of he top QB recruits just committed to LSU, Gunner Kiel out of Indiana. He originally committed to the Hoosiers only to pull the switcharoo on them later.
  10. Shane Morris is pencil dick thin, have you looked at a picture of that kid? He looks like a rail, he better hope to god he can put some weight on, if not he's going to get killed lol.
  11. Nerf is the leading arms maker for children, I read that randomly the other day on Yahoo lol.
  12. They also have an amazing recruiting class, ask any of their fans they will tell you how good the o-line is that they have to protect the 110lb looking qb coming in 2013. Kids gonna get his ass handed to him by the 14 d-linemen that will be rotating in and out haha
  13. I got some clothes, a digital picture frame that holds 1000 pictures, a pre paid visa and some other random stuff. I didnt ask for anything this year really. Me and the wife didn't exchange gifts, our present to each other is vacation in March lol. We hooked out 19 month old son up though, funny part is the only toy he wants to play with his the giant Cars ball I bought him.
  14. But Hoke is a "Michigan Man", you didn't know? Lmfao!! Ole Fred Flinstone barely beat the worst team at Ohio State in the last 10 years and suddenly they are king shit, gotta love Michigan fans haha.
  15. Haha yeah and he also declined to take the job when it was open
  16. I am a Browns fan since a young age, but I have favorite players through out the league, so having 4 favorite teams is acceptable by my standards lol. Can we say Jim Harbaugh for COTY award? The 49er's are the #2 seed in the NFC playoffs and look completely different then when Singletary was there.
  17. Matt Cassel wasn't a terrible back up for that Pats team lol
  18. Im well aware of what it is, like I said "I dont really care what it does or doesnt have, shits fast" lol. The build for that car is quite impressive as well
  19. I dont like the thought of them trading Peyton away at all. I think they would be better served to do what Green Bay did with Favre/Rodgers. Not to mention without Peyton the Colts would still be a doormat in the NFL. He has made average WR's look like all world wideouts (Austin Collie anyone?) It'll be interesting to see how that pans out and who would be willing to give up a lot for a 34 year old Peyton, if this was 5-6 years ago, teams would be giving testicles to get him
  20. Agreed the 1.0 60ft time is pretty damn impressive lol.
  21. The only reason Jaxonville would look to lose is like NightHawk said "to keep Luck away from the colts", but the Colts are going to play dead for 60 minutes if they are smart lol. This is a time where Herm Edwards is wrong, they won't be playing to win the game, they will be playing to win the Luck sweepstakes. There is word that RG3 might be returning to Baylor, apparently he doesn't want to "let the fans at Baylor down". How could he? The kid won the Heisman while playing for Baylor, no one cared about that school before this year, he is now most likely a top 5-6 pick with Barkley staying in school. Might as well strike while the irons hot, I mean going back for a senior year has hurt players draft stocks in the past, cough cough Matt Leinart and Jake Locker
  22. It has a 2jz, are those not stock on Supras? I could care less what it does or doesn't have, that car is sick and fast as shit lol.
  23. How do you figure this? They lose next week and are guaranteed the #1 pick... http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7383915/indianapolis-colts-secure-no-1-pick-week-17-loss Either way Indy would still most likely end up with Luck. St Louis and Minnesota both have young qb's they drafted in the last 2 years who they like. That would put the Colts at 3rd where they would most likely land Luck unless Minny or St Louis traded which I dont think they would. Minnesota will most likely take the Tackle from USC and St Louis will take a WR (most likely Blackmon)
  24. Josh will be another Daughtry, didnt win the show but will sell millions.
