Good luck with that. Don't see many LS headed cars in the 500whp range. Now if your going LS/Vtec then its a different story, your a lot braver then me. No way in hell would I test stock internals to 500hp but thats just me. Not saying it cant be done, just saying you better have a hell of a tuner and say your prayers that it holds lol.

500whp on a honda and pump gas is about the limits unless you go somewhere that has a high reading dyno. Stock internal LS 400 is pushing the rods limits. I dont think people realize just how much money and knowledge you need to make 600+whp in a Honda. Bottom ends are important but head work is where all the power is from, that and boost of course.

Yes they goto a collection agency if you do not pay the fine. Also for the person the person that posted over 10k tickets were handed out, not all 10k resulted in an actual ticket. A lot of them were reviewed and dismissed.

8/19/09: She is on a mission to do something to her car every day. It doesn't matter if its something as small as taking off the stock under hood carpeting area and redying it. Today she did just that and also helped tear apart the parts car crx we purchased. Haha she actually does most the work. I just guide her through it, she actually has more patience then I do (big suprise there lol). 8/17/09: Got more goodies for the CRX today. The parts car we purchased actually came with a set of near mint CRX Si Seats. A group of friends and myself were interested in renting the track. I know CR rents it once a year so I figured someone on here could help me out. I tried emailing Mr. Fornotaro at NTR and no response so I'll come here and try for a few answers. 1. Who did you have to contact for track rental 2. How long in advance did you rent track 3. How much does it cost to rent? All help is greatly appriciated

You must not have been at the cruise then. There were several SRT4's, Talons ect which I dont consider Mopar. As for new Challenger/Charger they kinda get a break based on name alone.

Yes lowered 2wd lol Whats up with all the SRT-4' thinking they are mopars? The "mopar" era ended in the late 70's early 80's. The reason there is so many other types of cars is because Mopar happens once a year, plus we are not allowed to sit out on 79 any other time besides Mopar. I wish there were more cruises honstly

Build is coming along nicely. Laskey is an awesome guy to deal with. My block is there still waiting on it to come home anyday. I am probably going to send the gf's z6 out there to be built as well. I got 2 build threads going check em out

On the valve cover#1 is the longest wire and furthest away from dizzy. So if your standing in front of car and looking down at cover the order is going to be 4 3 2 1 And on dizzy if your on pass side looking at it, order will be 3 4 1 2 I just talked to my dad and he said when he had MSD on his CRX it kept frying caps/rotors

No tickets will be given from the cameras from Mopar. Mopar is a crock of shit and heres why. My buddies and I try to sit in southgate and just shoot the shit at night. No burnouts, racing, fighting or drinking. All of which I saw friday/saturday night. We are harrassed continuously by the Heath cops for "loitering". Now mind you on Saturday there was 10k+people loitering. I guess the shopping I do there everyfucking day doesn't compete with Joe Dirt from Iowa in his Mopar, who is there for 3 damn days. The cops were ruining it at first by parking along the road and ticketing for burnous. Odd thing here is I saw no Mopars get tickets. I saw a Corvette, chevy pickup (driven by a 70yr old man) who had his grandkids with him, both in seat belts, and my buddies chevy on 20's all get tickets. They told us that they couldn't catch everyone..bullshit! They just don't want to lose the 3.8million Mopar brings in for the weekend. BTW if anyone saw a red Chevy truck on black 20's, I was in it most of Sat night.

Is the rotor button tight? The little screw that holds it on is known to rattle loose and cause the car to attempt to start but wont let it fire. If the rotor button is good then lets move on You need a dizzy from 96-00 EX Firing order is 1342, #1 on the cap is bottom closest to firewall, 3 is directly above it, 4 is top right, 2 is bottom right. If thats correct then lets move on Check the coil, alot of times they will go out with no warning. Take off the MSD setup and go back to oem. One other question, when you crank the car over both the rotor button and cam gear are moving correct? Could've snapped t belt..
