This is how dumb Licking County is. I get a court appointed attorney...and they give her to me for the wrong damn case!! Now I have to go in there and ask for yet another continuance. I tried contacting the attorney they gave me, but she is in court all day. I have a traffic ticket that I have to goto court for and they appointed her to that case. I dont need a damn lawyer for that. Err!!

Well i just got my letter in the mail for my attorney. Hopefully they either drop the charge to something stupid such as littering or throw it out all together. I have no problem paying a stupid ass fine, but its probation and jail time that get me. If we would have hit a vehichle or someone then thats a different story, but just letting it go into another trash can, cmon. Oh yeah the bags in the trash can didnt even rip til ol' boy smacked the car i was in with one. Haha people are such hypocrits these days...everyone breaks a law...but if you could get out of it and have a legitimant excuse im sure youd use it. Ill let you know how court goes tommorow afternoon

Apparently there happens to be oil there, undiscovered until the damn ice caps started melting. Russia put a flag in the ice trying to claim it as thier own, while the US put coast gaurd up there to claim it as ours. BTW the war in Iraq will never officially be over. It will take too long to try and pull all our troops out of there and by the time we have most of them out, we are vulnerable for a takeover due to the lack of soldiers remaining there. We have dug ourself into a whole that we will litterally never get out of.

Ok so heres the story" Me and 5 friends were out driving around, 3 in each car. The car in front of us stopped and grabbed a trash can by the handle. They then drug it along at about 40mph and let it go into another trash can. Well we turn around to leave the housing development and a guy is standing in the road with 2 trash bags. We go around him and he smacks the car im in with a bag and it spills trash onto the street. We take off, the other car does the same but goes the opposite way as us. The guy with the bags hops in his truck and chases them. He gets the license plate and calls it into the cops. Well my buddy had to go down to the police station and admit to doing it. He then had to tell who all was there. They charged all 6 of us with Criminal Mischief even though only 1 person grabbed the trash can and 1 person was the get away driver, the 3rd person in thier vehicle was litterally sleeping in the back so she had no idea what was going on. Well the 6 of us had 2 different court dates with 3 of us going one day and the other going the next. The first three got 500 in fines and a years probation. They plead no contest. They all applied for diversion since it was thier first offence. Us 3 remaining went in, the guy that pulled the can and drove the car were the same day as me. They applied for diversion and didnt enter a plea. I plead not guilty and have a court date tommorow. Now heres my question....since im going to the air force and probation will totally fuck me out of that, do you think if I tell the judge that he will just throw it out since I didnt actually throw the trash can and was in a completely different car. They are basically getting me for guilty by association.

Now I could be wrong (prob am) but i've heard this thing is only coming as an automatic? Now if thats the case, then I forsee sales to not be as great as expected. Any info on the Shelby Super snake like pics or links? Also in 10 years there wont even be gas to use so we wont have to worry about the days of 1000+hp from the factory lol.

Going to the Mustang Nationals on saturday with 4k on the window, but ill sell for 2500 to someone on here by friday since I have it posted as that. Car is going in paint tommorow, primered it today.

I went and looked at the car yesterday. Is it worth 34k? Well that depends on who you are...some will say yes because you will have the chance to be one of the very few to actually own an authentic Skyline here in the states, others will say no for various reasons "oh its only a single turbo, its only RWD and not AWD" Blah blah blah whomever buys this car is going to get a nice car, the car is very clean inside and out. Its only running 8lbs of boost and has faily low miles so I would assume that the motor is a strong running motor and hasnt been ragged on too hard. Lyle informed me that they might be getting a GTR later this month or beginning of next. But im sure it'll be up for debate on here too being over priced, ricey, blah blah blah
