Langford- 137 yards (averages 113 a game) Cobb- 145 yards (averages 129 a game) one run was a 30 yard td Coleman- 228 yards (averages 170 a game) take away the 90 and 52 yard run and his stats are not even close to his season average If OSU can not give up the huge play I think they will be just fine against Gordon. If they give up big play after big play, well then it could be a very long night Saturday. The thing that I think helps is OSU has faced really good running backs in 3 of their last 4 games, so they should be prepared for another one. Wisconsin is 119th in passing yards per game (147.8 yards a game lol), force them to beat you through the air!

JT won't be back for any game OSU plays this year. He'll be lucky to be ready for the Spring Game Michigan is going to end up getting some lesser known coach, much like they did with Hoke.

So I check the Michigan boards from time to time for a good laugh or 20. Today I read that they lost another commit to the 2015 class. This time it was 5* TE Chris Clark (kid has committed to 3 schools already I believe now), anyways I started to look at their class and realized they only have 6 verbals currently haha. Whoever takes over that school is in for hell for a while. It's not like when Meyer took over here and most of the class was filled and he added a late mix of his recruits to it. Whoever they get, will have basically 2 months to fill 19 spots (assuming they can take 25 kids). That program is going to take a while to turn around and with their recent track record, you only got 4 years to do it haha.

Watching Mike and Mike and they are talking about the playoff. I have began thinking about this, maybe they put FSU at 4 in order to fill the seats at the Sugar Bowl. It's a closer travel for FSU fans than the Rose Bowl would be. Plus that would be a huge ratings draw. Then, if they put OSU at 3 somehow and remove TCU, you have a traditional Rose Bowl (Pac12/B10) matchup. Plus Oregon/Ohio State are 2 explosive offenses that would bring in ratings as well. Also, do we as Ohio State fans want Baylor to lose this weekend? Wouldn't that make TCU the true champion should they beat Iowa State? That would eliminate some controversy.

I think it's too early to say who would be in the 8 team playoff. Let's let the weekend playout then we can figure that out. Gotta see who the conference champions are then do 2 wild card spots.

It is and the growth of fantasy football has pushed it to be an offensive league. Think about this, it used to be an accomplishment for a qb to throw 3,000 yards in a season. Now scrub quarterbacks are doing that and 5,000 yards is becoming common place. The rules have changed to give the qb/wr the most advantage on the field. Running backs are not a necessity these days, that's why most get drafted in the 2nd round or later. No one wants to watch 3 yards and a cloud of dust anymore, they want big plays, big scores, ect.. The game is money driven, much like everything else in this country. I agree that this is a beauty contest, until it's an 8 team playoff it will continue to be flawed. I wonder how long it takes before they change the setup, if ever. I mean it took them what, 15 years to get rid of the BCS?

The NFL is no different, it's such an offensive/quarterback driven league. Big points put asses in the seats and in front of the television. It's the number one complaint most people have against Hockey and Baseball, they don't score enough.

I hope this is true, just for the pure funniness of it Dashoe 24 MINUTES AGO ESPN bottom of the screen ticker^operator messed up big time. About a hour before^the rankings were released it scrolled this weekend games with the updated rankings lol. But they supposedly find out the rankings on air with us. Lol at them acting surprised during the show. Good acting^"

Lot of ppl think there is animosity within the b10 in regards to how much attention OSU gets. Tough shit, get better at playing football haha.

Finishing the hot wheels one tomorrow. All it needs is the side pipes painted and mounted. -
The chairman gave me the feeling of "we're hoping to move FSU to 3, so we can put OSU at 4". I think the big12 not having a championship game is going to bite them in the ass.

Eleven warriors reporting Urban did Not win coty. Hasn't been posted as to who in fact did win it though, probably Kill like Zach said

Wisconsin 13, behind 3 loss Ole Miss haha. OSU at #5 TCU at #3 is bad news for OSU in my opinion. Unless FSU beating Ga Tech allows them to jump TCU

The Michigan rumors are going to be fun, here is a new one: "Valenti & Foster of 97.1 The Ticket (WXYT-FM Detroit) have let it slip that Les Miles and Bo Pelini might be reunited on the sidelines, in AA. Pelini was Miles' DC at LSU (2005-2007). " Could call is the LesBo package And if Cardale needed more inspiration/motivation, well here it is

Sorry guys! Got excited when I saw all the footage from the film that I haven't seen before. -
Haha, well I promise I won't bring them up for another year (unless they beat a higher ranked team in their bowl game).
-
Did they make him take the "Ohio" thing with him as well? "In a stunning coincidence, Hoke's ouster comes on the same day that it was announced that his predecessor in Ann Arbor, Rich Rodriguez was announced as the Pac-12 coach of the year"
-
You're right, my bad. They blamed Auburns strength of schedule as the reason they were left out. You know you guys love discussing Boise with me, it's been almost a year I believe since we last talked about them hahaha. That INT was over ruled as an incomplete pass, so the kid got destroyed for nothing haha.
-
135-21 since 02 for Boise State
-
Right after Gordon Gee referred to them as "Little sisters of the poor" hahahaaha. TCU, Boise and Utah have all won BCS games
-
Yeah 124-36 since 2002 for TCU lol. So yeah, they would fall in the same category, but since they are now in the B12 I didn't consider them.
-
Yeah and Boise is still 10-2 this season, while Washington went 8-5 I believe.
-
My bad, I thought Oklahoma had lost the conference championship game that year and still made it in to the NCG. Regardless, there was a 1 loss team in there ahead of undefeated Auburn. So to say FSU would for sure be in the NCG is not 100% fact. It does make for a good conversation/argument however.

I do agree, I just think that if Boise was given the same sort of talent to work with as power 5 conferences they would be able to compete with those teams week in and week out as well. They are probably the only school from a non power 5 conference that I would ever give so much love to. Outside of them, there hasn't been a school in a non power 5 that year in and year out wins 10 games and a bowl game that I can think of.
