  1. I was driving down to campus last night at around midnight and saw a police officer parked on the other side the fence (of the south side, he was on Olentangy) with the speed gun out. His Lights were on, i could barely see him through the trees though. The funny thing about it, i never saw his run down and ticket buddy.
  2. check out Dicks, perfomance bicycle, baer wheels. i know the first two carry iron horse, which are awesome mountain bikes and they have a lower end setup.

or i'd sell your my surly with some really nice knobby tires that can ride on pure ice no sweat for $650. (and it's a full 700/27in cyclecross frame)

  3. There's one SRT4 out there that i raced last year and he pulled about 2 cars on me with my old turbo ~40-130 (we raced twice), this is when i would pull about a bus on paul. The thing about it is, i didn't know who it was, neither did Paul. It was a dark blue? srt4, sounded like he had a big turbo on it. Found him a little out by 23/270, we got on the highway for the pulls.

  5. 1080p is the best, i=interlaced and shit p=progressive and nice

contrast is going to be either Gray to Gray or White to White, should be on LCD/plasma at LEAST 800:1 static and 7000:1 dynamic. Newer LCDs and DLPs can get to 25,000:1 which is awesome.

refresh rate being Hz? DLP is going to have no lag or motion blur on the picture, great for games and action movies. LCD at 60Hz is going to be slow, nothing you will see if you aren't looking for it in movies, but for games it will make a difference. New LCDs are using 120Hz panels, where they flash two of the images really fast to simulate a faster refresh rate (or something, i read about it a while ago) in short, the effect works and it looks a lot sharper.

  6. I bought a 56" samsung DLP about 6 months ago and i am in love with it the picture is amazing...i watch blu ray and HD DVD's on it all the time i couldnt ask for a better size/quality for the money...the only downside to DLP or projo period is bulb replacements mine is 450 i think

The newer model DLP TVs are LED bulb, at least from samsung (which are the only one's i'd really recommend)

  7. HH gregg is going to be the best shot for prices/selection, they also have a pretty knowledgable staff and don't badger on the warranty.

i got a 40" sony LCD 1080P KDL-40v2500 for 1600 in june of last year and it still sells for 1200-1600 now-a-days. If you catch me on a day off i could help you pick one out.

  8. For the people who can read, you have given us no indication of your age, budget, or if this is your daily. All of those things have a lot to do with how I would answer your question.

If it were me, I wouldn't even pay 10K for a DSM of any iteration, but it's because I don't like them. Therefore, I could not stand to sink another 10K into one I already paid for.

this is a really good response, i hope the next one with the following information is even better.

I'm dumb and looked towards having the DSM as my daily, i'm 20 years old/m/ohio and looking. My budget has been shot with this car, i've spent near 20k (including the price of the car) fixing, replacing and upgrading a lot of the parts (and labor cause i suck at life). If i could get the car to a point where it would be DD worthy with 7-10k more, i could barely make it. So i don't know what it would sell for if it was working, if i parted it out i would hopefully see 5k or so (turbo, driveshaft/axle, radiator, wastegate, header, wheels, intercooler, misc). But on top of that i could most likely put up another 2-3k to get something or put towards a loan.
