Bump for a fellow Salvage Title-guy!

Love to, unfortunately, I still owe $5,800 on the loan, so I need at least that amount in cash. To equal the other $2,500, I'll take either a nice DD (nothing special, but nothing beat on like that Saturn I looked at...) or cash. Appreciate the interest though.

It is extremely well done. Had a person offer me $6k and a beat-to-hell Saturn SC2 with no muffler, non-working manual windows, needing a passenger door, uncomfortable as hell APC 'Racing Seats', dropped down 3", and the current wheels on it needing an alignment... I said no. Bump, everyone let anyone that may even be slightly interested about this car know about it. I really want to start attending classes at Edison for CPU Programming, and registration ends extremely soon. ::Edit:: Yeah, traction in an SRT-4 is not it's strong point... They are extremely traction limited in the 1/4. Pair of slicks make the biggest difference in the world for them.

1st, What do you have, and what kind of 1/4 is your car running? 2nd, unless I get reimbursed for gas money, I'm going to have to pass ::Edit:: Sale possibly pending on the SRT-4. I may get a rust-less CRX with a b18a1 and $5,800 cash (which is just enough for me to pay off my loan )

I guess it'd be possible, but I haven't seen it done yet. You could always buy this vehicle as a donor for that kind of project

So, I'm from Troy. I'm a resident SRD guy, but looking for other scene's as well. Owned my first Turbo car (1990 Ford Probe GT) about 2 years ago, raced it at Kilkare getting low 15's stock. Cranked it up to 16psi, and the turbo blew up. Got an ebayed stock probe turbo, and it had bad seals, it stayed constatly at 14psi (even on the lowest setting on the boost controller) and eventually it gave out. Sold that car. Next Turbo car was a Plymouth Laser RS Turbo AWD, I bought it from a guy that ragged on all his cars, and purchased it with the knowledge that 2nd gear didn't work (syncro was out), big mistake, rebuild estimates on the tranny were about 2k (about 1k more then what I payed for the car). Needless to say, I sold it. And my current Turbo car is a 2001 Dodge Neon R/T, on a rebuilt title, with a full swap to an 04 SRT-4. It's quick as hell (well, maybe not compared to some of you fellows, but it's the fastest car I've ever ridden/drove). Should be capable of mid-13's, I just dare not take it to race at the strip for fear of breaking stuff. Worked at a Supermarket as a stock person for about 4 years, management was full of assholes, so I'm currently job-less, trying to get into college, big problem is, I need my car sold by the 25th so I can pay off the loan I have, and still register . I'm hoping to get into computer programming up at Edison. I've learned my lesson (well, kind of...) to wait until I'm out of college, with a great job before I start buying toy's. Problem is, I want something fast, reliable, and cheap, and I know the saying about, you can only pick 2 of the 3 of them. Need to be able to drive it during the winter. Good: - Was on a salvage title, But Has a Rebuilt Title, inspected, and street legal to drive. - It's a full (except for door panels/side air bags, and steering wheel) conversion to an SRT-4. - It has fresh Kuhmo Ecsta's on it. - Injen Intake w/ K&N filter. - Fiber Images Carbon Fiber Hood. - AGP WGA set to 18/14 - Mopar BOV Conversion Plate - Balance Shaft Removal Kit - Stage 1 springs (or equivalent) - Odometer warning, only because the Odometer came from the drivetrain that was swapped in, has 38,600 (little bit less actually) miles. Bad: - Has a small shake from up front. - Sunroof doesn't work (Off track or something) Again, I cannot afford to go any lower, price is absolutely firm.
