solorange is right. cinci's "pay to cruise in"'s were nice because it forced deutschbagery not to attend, then once you met the people and knew who you wanted to race, you met up elsewhere...say at the bum spot... and then if you are feeling devious, 4 wide down 471! of course i never would participate in such illegal activity... cops + cost = a meet without ricers/drama/BS
