Street racing? being from Zanesville I grew up racing the famous Maple AVE, cramery US 40 for years. So to me street cars are cars you drive ....not unload off a dam trailor with slicks to race on the street! LMFAO.. Don't get me wrong love the show brings back a lot of memories,ive talked a lot of smack through the years as a street racer,gotta get em to wanta out run you somehow.. Fastest street cars ,their cars are fast but NO,there are several cars around col.im sure could get the job done.I watch the show and laugh ,the last few episodes they have went to racing others instead of themselves, and the true street guys all were sleeping? scripted? lol Im not saying there cars are not fast but they don't drive them past the 1/8 pass,with the exception of farm truck who is off the list. I know there are many cars faster then mine, but ID line up with them if they came to OHIO....

sounds like a good time. seems no one takes their cars out like back in the days we all cruised maple.

agreed,we have to all start someplace.I have had many other cars through the years.when I started out with the GTO it ran 13.20,I was not happy with that time so We did what we had to do to make things better,after all this was all done in the rememberance of my late father,he and I shared the love of cars,like many car enthuiest. I did pick my car up from shop yesterday..

lol was not trying to offend anyone,just letting off some steam because I dont have mine back yet,its one thing to not have a fast car and talk smack but when you have one and cant run it,its like a sunday ride in the park in a slower car,takes alot to get to the 9s,was a rough road to get it there,makes it way more fun when the board at the end of the track talks smack for ya..

mine is not down just gutted for cage install,shop has had damn thing over 6 weeks,not happy about it either!GTO1 is down due to new build,hes had many a set back rest assured we will be back faster then ever..I will show up with a silver GTO 11s is better then not at all.

motor is in car and wanting a new owner

I have one and the JE pistons to go in it $850,I even think I have a 350 steel crank $200 for the crank,let me know motor has been bored honed and ready to assemble,brass freeze plugs and cam bearing installed.

top 10 ..youd need to run 9s lets see 1 import,8 ls based cars and 1 mopar,if it dont rip off at least some 9s in the 1320, not the top 10 on this board..and with the mph you have there not going to happen. not trying to be a smart ass,I just know what it takes to go that fast,and I do it with a heavy car with factory everything..lol

Turbo= the only real replacement for displacement... lol

seems weird seeing it vacant,I was one of those who enjoyd the hangout for years,hope your dad enjoys his retirement. we had many a nite in that parking lot razing each other and racing the street of maple ave after hours.good times indeed.

carp..lol looks like a sucker to me! J/K I have a small lake right up the road that has the biggest grass carp I have ever seen those things look like sharks,well over 5 foot long,no fish story either,they have been in that pond over 30 years and these are the same fish as they dont reproduce.
