College experience required. Looking for a candidate that has been at their positions for over 2 years and has some financial background
Respond to an extremely large volume of calls that enter the servicing area. May require familiarity with Turret phones or other large multi-line phone system. Requires the ability to handle several calls at once and take concise and accurate messages. Must be able to function in a professional and efficient manner in an extremely hectic environment. Requires 1-2 years prior experience in customer service. Inquiries may address issues involving account maintenance, problem resolution, debit card and check writing, retirement and 401Ks, lending, account opening, directed shares programs, technical support, market news, quotes and information and other products and services offered. This position requires a high level of knowledge about the products within the financial services industry. It also requires strong interpersonal and client service skills, with an emphasis on problem solving, personal accountability and professionalism.
