after the irst build my turbo was not performing well so i sent it off to have it rebuilt i got it back on a fridayput it in the car on Sat. and ran it on sunday... i didnt think to fint tune it up becuase the AFR seemed pretty good, but the car was tuned on a hot day with a 75% efficient turbo.. then i proceded to run it on a cold night with a brand new turbo..lol so i think i leaned it out to much and hit detination.. and it crack the wall and was poring coolent in there... the cylinder walls are pretty thin on the 2.5 once you bore it out... just have to be more carefull this next time
