Problems cosist of: wont run and rough idle then dies white smoke out of intake manifold and somewhere around the exhaust has new plugs, rotor and cap and new injectors

well last week my car(92 rs camaro) has acting bitchy. i would start it but it would idle really bad then i would let it do that for a couple of minutes shut it off turn it back on and it would run great. then the problem got worse and worse. and i drove my car far north and it would start geting really sluggish and the more i push the gas the more sluggish it would act liek i couldnt go over 20mph.. then i pulled over shut it off and started it again and it was fine, untill i got where i was going then it would start but wouldnt get enough power to go anywhere. and when you give it gas it would shut off . over and over and over. then after a while it look like it was white smoke coming from where the exhaust gasket is and then out the intake manifold.. white smoke.. i think i poped the head gasket so i just want to know if it could be that.. anyone know where i cam get a lt1 motor and harness for a reasonable price?
