I would get a gas dually. Believe me if it were anything but bagged it would be diesel. But dont want a huge engine on the front end with bags and big oil pan to get damaged

Can't run a true semi wheel, only a 22.5 milled down to 22". 22.5"=36" tire 24.5"=41" tire

This is what im running into. Everyone with a bagged dually either has a POS or whats too much for it.

The more i think about the dually the more im thinking not about buying it... I was one the edge as it is when i made the thread Now that the confirmation is for a dually i will just have to find a nicer one. (i would rather pay more for a nice one than a ragged out one)

The dually has a cluster fuck job on the air ride wiring, and rigged up 454. I think i will just try to find another one, as this dually hasnt been taken care of.

The dually already has a body drop (so the rocker panels sit on the ground) The ranger doesn't and that's my only drawback of it. But could be done later. The dually has more potention to be a "wow" factor but i think its too rough for me. Neither will be a DD What would you choose and why? (I'm leaning more toward the ranger) No need for hating on bagged trucks, not everyone is into racing or into lsx cars so dont shit in my thread.

my buddy has a 81? xs650 for $700. Its all factory and runs/rides nice.
