Okay. So I spoke with Cliff, and he said we can handle rules, payouts etc anyway we want. We have to give him a solid number of cars, he suggested making a members only class. We do class tech however we want, Safety is at the discretion of NHRA. We need to let them know the format. Heads up, index, dial-in etc. He'll need the info by Wednesday so he can include it on the programs. So who is in? I need to get him the info as quickly as possible.

Kewl. I guess we should use this thread for details. Make it easy to set it up. A head count, how we do tech after watching the peer tech over the weekend it looked okay, heads up or dial in, a very very loose set of rules, etc.

Finally broke the seal and got to a track this year. Lousy run and I let off around 1000' mark. Not best to exit retirement on (last time I ran at a track was '04), but it was a start. Sheps first run was squirlley 10.something, second run broke on the launch. The car is nasty though. Best part was the announcer saying racing will resume after the worlds fastest DSM is towed off the track.

I'll tell you, I got my first frac a couple of months ago. It was hilarious, worth it, and liberating all in one tidy little package. Later that night I burned my bra.
