I've seen lots of problems with the dual friction clutch. If you are willing to spend $250, clutchmasters in detroit will give you dealer pricing. The 250 gives you a kevlar clutch (multi pad like the 1st pic you have), heavy duty pressure plate, OEM pilot bearing, and OEM throwout bearing. The clutch parts are exeddy. I've had really good luck with these guys (Exeddy, clutchmasters). Also, they will re-grind your pressure plate for $40, using a Blanchard grinder (one of the best grinders in the industry)
