Best possible tip. The very first thing you should do, is put your processor in the slot and get it locked in place. You mess up 1 of 1000 pins and your out all that money. Did you get / have any thermal paste for the cpu ?

If you go to the passing lane section, theres a sub category at the top that says project managment, (The section for build threads). Make a thread just called like my 93 rx7 or whatever you want to name it, then just talk about your car and add pics. if you go look around that section youll see what i mean. Also, your cars beautiful. Don't say you dont have great things to post, cause your cars beautiful lol. But go make a thread, i'd like to look at the build pics again, but id like some writing on what you did, parts etc. maybe. Anyways, wasnt tryin to point you out or pick on you, was just honestly wondering why you don't make a build thread for that seven. Also, posts in the pics & video section dont count. Only certain areas of the forum actually raise your post count.

i run 4 gigs of ddr2 on vista 7 with a amd quad core 2.5ghz on a gigabyte board and it runs everything fine (everything as in games, starcraft 2 etc, counter strike) . also got a 512mb graphics card and a 800wat power supply.

Truth. My mobo died a few weeks ago, had everything out of the case, off the mobo, swapped over and powering on within an hour. Everything is simple plug and play, the only thing that is a little tricky is setting the jumpers on the bottom of the mobo for the power button / hdd light etc. That is literally the only time you need the manual lol And i think everyone here that has built a computer can agree, there 1000's of times eaiser than doing things on a car.
