yeah I will! Here is a little video of him at trails. since the video he has lowered it. got some mickey thompson drag radials. frpp limited slip, 3.73 gears. last weekend he made it to the final 4 at pacemakers before he got beat. I'm not on factory rubber. But before the mickey's and the 4.10's I ran a 12.16 with a passenger on stock rubber. That might be good enough!

since you are so close to Orlando and Kissimmee. You need to make it over to Old Towne. it is on 192 just south of I-4 Check this ride out. 110mph in 1.8 sec---4 g's taking off and 2.5 g's stopping cost 20 bucks to ride but worth it. It is an air driven drag car. They had 2 pro-stock chassis mustang but were no running them. Yeah. shelby gt, shelby gt-h are pretty much the same 325hp. I have see people with gt 350 side stripes. There is not one made like that from ford. I had about 4-5 people ask me about it before i actually seen one. It is some kind of homade shit...lol

Whats up kevin, Yeah I just heard about this site from a guy from work. He was actually telling me about the track day coming up. I found and old thread from about a year ago, where I was the main topic. lol Raced kirk in his gto, and he was wondering who it was. I have been pm'ing him about it. He now lives in tampa, but used to live right behind J.Mitchell. yeah I missed the second Mustang show. I forget where I was but someone mentioned it to me the day of. I told them it didn't look like I was going to make it.

I won't beable to because of work. They changed my start time about half way through the year and I am not off work until 11am on sat morning now. I race with the Mid Ohio Ford Club (point/cash) and we have about 8 races a year. I have only mad 3 races this year. First race, made 18 passes when I broke the rearend in the 3 round at pacemakers. Second race the car wasn't back together and I raced my focus. Third race was at Norwalk for Fun Ford Weekend. Blew out the bushing on the UCA, well it was already messed up. But wheel hop was so bad there was no way I was going to make another pass with it like that. I found a vendor who had one, put it in on friday and was back racing saturday. Since they changed my start time I haven't been able to make a race. I was supposed to race at Trails labor day for the NMRA/ford expo. but couldn't make that either. I have missed 2 other club race at Pacemakers as well. My racing is pretty much screwed for now. I will be ready for next year. I will take every Friday night off on race weekend. I would really like to come out and see everyons cars and stuff. I was looking at some videos of some of the older CR track days. Looks like fun to me.

Ray, that car is bad ass! I seen a green one on here that is pretty sweet as well. low 10's I don't see me putting a cage in my car anytime soon so my cut off is 11.50. So I am basically tapped out. I could put on 160mm throttle body, lower 4lb pully and a bigger heat exchanger, with a new tune and would me making 620-630rwhp @ 16lbs. it would only cost me about 2000-2500 for the mods list above. Hell I am already breaking shit. lol As for right now I am just going to be happy with my slow 11sec car.

I know this is an old post. But I have seen 2 people call the Hertz mustang a gt500. It is not a gt500. That car (hertz) is a mustang gt with cai, mufflers, tune, and maybe gears too. appearance items too. anyways it is a 4.6 single overhead cam 3 valve making 325hp. The GT500 on the other hand is a 5.4 dual OHC Supercharged making 500hp & 480tq hertz were 2006 (hard top only)and only 500 made (think they made some in 2008 for the general public to buy) gt500 started making them in 2007

lol. I bet you would. 10.18@135mph. Hey your car leave the line nice. 1.48 with both wheels up. looks great. here are the rules for you. We take it from a 100mph role to 175mph and you still need to bring your race weight up to 4155lbs with driver. Hoping you are out of gear and I just drive around you

Thanks, I don't really know what it sounds like, videos just don't do it. I tried to make video of the exhaust. I had my 10 yr old daughter record it, when I rev the exhaust she jumps. LOL Kinda scared her. But you all know what I mean by not really knowing what it sounds like, It sounds good in the car with the windows down. here you go I just uploaded this clip. Oh well, that car is gone. 11.20@120mph was a good bracket car and won me some money here and there. But I wanted something for the street too. So I sold it and bought this. I bought it new on ebay from a dealer in holly, mi in June 2007 with 300 miles on the car i Put a Pully,cai, tune. with 800 miles I put a 3" bassani exhaust. on stock manifolds. No cats, w/ race mufflers. other mods: Detroit TruTrac limited slip (destroyed stock one) 4.10 gears Axle girdle Mickey Thompson DR 305/45-18 UCA/LCAs (blew the poly bushing out on the steeda UCA, now have a Grantelli/BMR) Here is a video from earlier this year(may 4th 2008 @ trails). not sure what it ran but the lauch wasn't that good. looking for some other pics to show you how much it was gutted. front clip, from the shock towers removed. SWISS CHEESE everything inside. Back side of head light/tail lights removed. alum inside door panels. Freakin door hinges looked like swiss cheese too. insideof hatch cut out. thin plastic dash. flamming river rack. lexan everything except quarter glass. that is all I can think of. how ever i did still that the stock k-member.
