  1. thanks for the q logic box and the sony stereo.

the box sounds perfect with my kicker 10s in it.

ill get the system up in the blazer soon as this heads up racing is over. thanks again.!

You're welcome and good luck with the forumwars race!

  2. I have a BS in Computer Information Systems and just a Red Hat Certification... needless to say I'm the only person on my team (system admin) with anything that pertains to computers. Two of the guys have a degree in photography/graphic design type stuff, another guy in aerospace dynamics, and the rest have nothing. When interviewing people they pretty much laugh when someone comes in and is proud to have all kinds of certs. I have mixed feelings on whether having a degree/cert in the IT field helps because it seems to me all everyone looks at is the number years of experience.
  3. Just let him run around the house. He will find his own food. It would be cool not to see him for awhile then all of a sudden he appears outta nowhere. Or hanging from a cats mouth. Either way

I would do that except for the fact that I don't want to wake up one day with him on my face or something! The hotel I stayed at in San Juan had them everywhere in the room so you had to watch everywhere you walked otherwise you'd step on them.

  4. Scared the crap out of me. He blends in with our floor so I didn't notice he was right by my foot while I was stretching from working out.

We have someone who wants him, but if that falls through then I'll let you guys know. We can't keep him because we have no supplies plus I'm sure my cats will see him as food or their next toy.

  5. I just got back from a trip to Puerto Rico and a big cruise all over the Caribbean. Needless to say someone decided to follow me home in my luggage. The gecko is only about 2 inches long and who knows if any other creatures joined.

    Fancy a crisp?

  6. AJ said most of it but I'll go ahead and write it up in my words since I'm the one driving it...

The V is my daily driver from Reynoldsburg to Dublin everyday and I also autocross it any chance I get. Drives very nice and has a good kick so I can easily zip through traffic. Brakes suck for autocross but are fine for daily driving. Rear diff is a big problem.... if you feel it start to hop just let out a bit. I get a freaking ton of attention for it, but then again how many times do you see a girl driving a classy high horsepowered car and races? I've never been into Cadillac (mainly because I associate them with old people) but after having the V, I am very impressed and will recommend this car to anyone that talks to me about it.

I say you already have a BMW so try something new Marc!

  7. Great progress.....what did you use on the kitchen cabinets? The wife and I were thinking of throwing some paint on ours for the next few years then doing a full remodel.

We took off all the hinges and handles, cut out the entire center, sanded and painted them black, cut glass and put frosted film on them, put the glass in the center (we left a beveled edge so the glass will hold) and applied black silicon, then put on new hinges and handles. The bottom cabinets don't have the center cut out they are just painted black and have new hardware.

  8. +1

Anymore pics of the house? Is it ashley's and your's?

The house is owned by both of use. We have lots of pics but they aren't great since we are still fixing the place up (it was foreclosed). We'll take some new ones tomorrow hopefully and post them up in the Cribs thread.
