I think sometimes there is an issue when using the factory amp. I know there is with bose, but I'm really not sure on infinity. Do you know which wires go to which speakers from the car harness?

Trico neforms were alright for a little bit, not worth it though. I got the rain-x repel for my mom's car, those seem to work very well. I'm pretty sure they are the same as the rain-x latitudes + the packet of rain-x. So, I would just say go with the rain-x latitudes.

I know you can get the sc oil at the dealer, it's also $10 from intense. I'm not sure which is cheaper. It's really easy to change with the pump thing from a shampoo bottle. And again, trannys are not good, at least in 97-03 i had mine rebuilt shortly after i bought the car then had to replace more gaskets in it after that because it wouldn't really go in reverse.

I did the pioneer myself, which I took out of my other car. The kenwood the previous owner did. Both have the adapter that goes into the wiring harness on the car. I guess my only issue is that there are a few other things hooked up between the adapter and the kenwood wiring harness. If i could just plug the kenwood harness into the pioneer HU it would make it way easier. Both the kenwood and the pioneer look the same where they plug into the back of the HU

both cars are 2000 grand prixs, so i know they're the same on that end lol

yes, I'm guessing it's probably about 4 years old or so. The pioneer is only 2 years old

I have a pioneer head unit that I want to hook up in my new car. My new car has a kenwood already in it, it also has the steering wheel controls and some lights above the radio...anyways a mess of wires, kind of confusing. They are both 16 pin connectors, and it looks like all of the wires match up. Will the kenwood wiring harness work in the pioneer?

I have the pacesetters on one of my grand prixs. They've been on there for over a year and seem to be holding up fine, but still that's not very long. Didn't really have any fit issues. There wasn't a port for the EGR, if i wanted to use it, and I had to re-locate the O2 sensor which presented some problems.

That sucks. We got in trouble for having the new members out too late for nme last year, so by capital's definition, that's hazing.

I got one of mine done at Envy on Bethel. I would recommend checking them out.
