  1. How long are you planning to hold. I have amc, but thinking to add GME.

there's been a couple nice dips yesterday and today, still a LOL % of float shorted, and volume has been comparatively low recently as people are holding.

    Jump in

  2. Lol he once fixed my car and i tried paying with a crrdit card and his woman told me no. So i offered to pay in beaver pelts and malt liquor. She went off the fuckin rails lol

She had her eyes on.... a DIFFERENT form of payment. You know what I'm talkin about

  3. Shit about to hit the fan

Congress is formally investigating broker firm Robinhood. Robinhood freezes buying action only allows liquidation of Gme, amc, koss,...Gme is heavily shorted by “Melvin Capital Management”. “Melvin Capital Management” is owned by “Citadel, LLC”. “Citadel, LLC” gave Robinhood 40% of their revenue. Conflict of interest I say

Judging by reddit and imgur, this has a good bit of attention and politicians are going to score points with it for sure.

place your bets on whether they actually help vs riding the wave of popularity

  4. Down for the day (so far) but fluctuating wildly. I wonder how many late-to-the-game redditors are going to be the suckers left holding the bag on this one.

The idea is, when whatever hedge fund has to buy back to cover, THEY'LL be stuck with the losses as all the regular people make $$$. We'll see to what degree that actually happens, but it's ranged between $150 and $480 today so SOMEONE is making $$$

  5. Etrade and Robinhood just banned people from buying those stocks for now.

But yeah I jumped on GME. It's crazy that a bunch of bored people Reddit managed to bankrupt a hedge fund.

etrade banned GME? you sure about that?

  6. Driver engagement has been hijacked by magazine times (not just straight line but “ring” times also). You’re left with only a few small cars offering pure driving dynamics and they’re handicapped with 4 cylinders. Anything with any power is relegated to an auto, 4000lbs or an unobtainable price point. That’s why used car values are through the roof and will only get worse.

    Sad

RFP was .7 seconds quicker in my funcar than your funcar, so I don't even need to bring it out of the garage to assert dominance. Maybe I'll bring the new Camry XSE to C&C instead- it handles like it's on rails!

  7. I agree, but it’ll be low because Cadillac and the price. Buyers in the “luxury fast sedan” market are looking for 0-60 times achieved by AWD forced induction and automatics.

Sounds like a bunch of slack-jawed faggots. Just the kind of oxygen thiefs that loiter in the left lane, then you go to pass and OMG NOT TODAY put the hammer down for 3 seconds to swing their e-dick.

  8. The bigger, faster? version of that (tu250x) can barely do freeway speed, sometimes 75 sometimes 85ish (indicated). If you want to get anywhere that requires freeways, not a good idea.

if you want an urban, farm, or puttin around the trailer park bike- those are pretty approachable and super simple. Pretty solid motor and great fuel injection.

  9. Iron pony had a bunch of 2017 and 2018 bikes at the start of this year. some were marked down from like $14,500 MSRP to $11,999 just for a sec RIGHT when Covid hit and showrooms started clearing out, and the same 5? bikes they had for over a year were gone within 2 weeks. Annoyingly, I talked to them twice to offer what other dealerships had the same models and years marked down to, but they wouldn't waive certain fees like the others would, so +$1000 compared to California and Maryland. #lowcostofliving #cbusLOL

The Columbus market is significantly more expensive than most, last time I was in California I couldn't believe how many cheap bikes, especially premium models, there were.

If you have your eyes set on a particular leftover model, check ebay and cycletrader and be prepared to buy and ship from out of state- the deals around here aren't always very competitive. Easy to sort by cheapest in the nation, get the out-the-door price, and compare a few dealers then figure in shipping and done. Easy to get a couple grand+ off, and often in OUR market you can get a new, warrantied bike CHEAPER than derps that got gaped will sell their USED bike for.

  10. I'll be that guy... why in the world would a brand require an owner to "register" a battery? Do they make you do that for brake pads and mufflers too?

it makes some kind of difference in the way or maximum voltage or something it charges the battery too.

yeah who knows how cars even worked for the last hundred years without batteries needing to be registered

  11. good move. those things are slow as shit, and unless the trans comes with some kind of dream warranty just cuz it's rebuilt doesn't mean it won't shit the bed in a few thousand miles.

when you change your mind, check for heat flow across the radiator, at the thermostat, and decide if you need a water pump, thermostat, and/or radiator if there's no sign of head gasket fuckery. then dump it on some spud that heard toyotas run forever and "it's just gettin broken in" as fast as you can.
