  1. Justin, If I may make a suggestion. If you are good around people and know cars why not become a Service Consultant at a Car Dealership ? The best ones are the ones that have the UPSCALE clientele. But you have to have a good driving record. Good Luck with your search Chuck

  7. Some of you know and some of you may not, but I am into what one might call Sleeper Vehicles. This is a Vehicle that does NOT look fast on the outside but it's all about what's under the hood and inside the interior that counts. So here is my SLEEPER for you to see. It is a 1990 Dodge Caravan ES and it has forged pistons, head studs, methanol fuel injection, solid motor and trans mounts, full manual valve body, 4200 stall converter, and 23 pounds of boost, all in a 2900 pound box. Yes that is the Inter Cooler you see on the front of the Mini. Enjoy, Chuck Here is the link to the photos. http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=140909

Just goes to show if you work hard you can HAVE IT ALL...... http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1566082#post1566082 Enjoy the Show Chuck
  11. I used to be BIG into the Old Muscle Car Craze as I got my first Muscle Car at 18 when I bought a 69 Road Runner (the year was 1973). The only reason I got out was the prices just kept going so high that it was NO longer feasible to race one or drive one. I got to go fro a drive in the very 1st HEMI E Body Convertible ever built, it was a red on red 1970 Cuda, it was owned by my friend Paul Suloff who was the National Marketing Manager for Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Paul bought the car for one price and sold it within 2 years and doubled his money. The guy that bought it from him kept it for some 10 years and the car then went to AZ for over $2,000,000. Can you drive that car and have fun, sure, but at what risk ? I will see if I can post up some pictures of a Collection that I have been to in TN that is owned by one man. He has some 50 restored Classics and Musclecars all in one building that is heated, air conditioned, dehumidified, piped in music, BIG Security. Chuck
  12. Pics are up, so go look at em if you want. Chuck
  13. Hi Spankis, Yes it is ME......I figured I would come over and have some *fun* over here with you guys. Chuck
  14. I also would like to say thanks for posting up all the videos. You guys did a great job with them. Chuck
  15. Thanks Steve, I am not much of a computer guy. I just an old guy that likes cars and drag racing.
  16. http://s475.photobucket.com/albums/rr114/minivan/?action=share&pic=DSC00809.jpg I st picture Yes that is the inter-cooler not the radiator Chuck
  17. That would have been a GREAT Drag Race, your S/C Regal going 13.57 against Wendy's Daytona going 13.57. It would have come down to Reaction Times for sure.
  18. Yes Paul that was me. You and I raced a couple of times. I would love to sit down with you and train you personally on how to Drag Race. You seem to love it as you made 20 passes or so. I have been racing for 35 years and I can show you some secrets if you would like to learn. Chuck
  19. Thanks guys for the warm welcome. Jim, I am so sorry that I did not get your voltage regulator, I felt bad not. Anthony, your Pontiac just flat flys, I was very impressed. Although I would have liked it more if the exhaust was quieter. Anytime you guys have a Track Rental I am so there. Mike S, as always you are a Great Friend and I for one am glad to know you. As for all of you asking for pictures of the Minis, I will post them as soon as I figure out how. I am not the best with a computer. My son does have some up on UTube under Bgreen ????. You can see him takin on EVOS and Vettes at Dragway 42. Chuck
  20. Just wanted to say that I had a great time meeting some of you at the Dragway 42 meet this Saturday. I raced my wife's 2006 Charger R/T. It is so close to STOCK that it hurts. It has a drop in K & N Filter, a 180 degree T-Stat, and a .25 cent Fan Mod (turns the cooling fan on). It has a run a best of 13.77 @ 101.77. On Saturday with the DA the best it ran was a 13.90 @ 100.42. This is even on the stock Goodyear Tires and full interior. The Charger's name is CHERRY as it is Inferno Red, has the 5.7 HEMI, she is our 1st HEMI. Anytime you have something for the 1st time it has a CHERRY. We also have 3 Turbo Charged Mini Vans, one is Silver, one is Claret Red, and the last one is Twilight Blue. The Silver one is HOLATTA, because we spent a Holatta $$$ to get it to run fast and we took a Holatta weight out of it. This Mini is out quickest and fastest so far but has yet to make it down the 1/4 mile. We expect some low 12's. The Van runs 23 lbs of boost, has methanol fuel injection from Devil's Own, the biggest inter cooler that we could make fit, a T3/T4 Hybrid Garrett Turbo (super 50 trim, Stage 2 Wheel, and a .63 a/r housing), solid motor mounts and tranny mount, full manual valve body and a real nice converter. The Claret Red Mini Van is RUBY and she blew up her motor about 4 years ago in Cincinnati. With her last motor she ran a 13.96 @ 98.14 with a Garrett Turbo T2 turbo on 18 psi of boost with drag radials. She will be sitting until at least Spring of 2010 when we will finally put in a SRT-4 Motor with an automatic transmission. Our goal is 12.80's. The last Mini Van is S-T-R-E-T-C-H. That is Twlight Blue in color and it is a very rare Long Wheel Base model. It will be rebuilt over Spring/Summer 2009. I have been buying parts for this Mini for 2 years. It should be real nice driver and I am looking for 13.70's for it. As for myself I work at a Cadillac & Saab Dealership as a Service Adviser. I work Mon to Fri from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. I also put on Car Shows and Drag Racing Events as a Promoter. I have done Promotions since 1985 on and off. So far the Events have gotten on the Front Cover of 17 National Car Magazines. I am married and as of Tuesday 11-4-08 it will be for 33 years. We have 3 kids, Molly, Andy, and Bryan. My wife is the Asst Post Master of our local Post Office. I look forward to talking to you. Regards Chuck
