Was wondering if anyone on the forum was a dealer for Rally Armor? Looking to get a set for my FiST.

I don't know if they still do that now, but yea I had to test drive friend's car before I made up my mind which I bought the car.

I feel like it's a tactic to keep teenagers way who want to hoon a car they have no way of affording. Unfortunately, some of the sales staff is unable to discern between hooning teenager and potential customer who wants to actually see how a car fits them before purchasing.

Yea that's my point.. I was young, but not teenager retarded young, I had cash in hand and especially I've had stis if not other performance cars in the past

Byers in Dublin only has 2 2015s, and one 2016 limted wingless sti(no pic) in their lot.

Byers airport and Hatfield looks like they have a few 16 limited and Base models in stock.

I don't know if they can get a car from different dealer if I don't see anything I like. Thats how I bought my 2010 sti from Byers dublin. they got the car from IL and had it transported to Columbus.

I guess it's just a matter of who can give me the best deal for the exact same car.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but the dealer did not really want to let me test drive the STI,admittedly I was a "walk in" so make contact before you go in or ask someone privately.

Thats how it was when I bought my sti in the past Dealers usually don't let you test drive new Sti... at least in cbus.

I can see their point though.

S3 would be a fun smaller version. APR has some really big upgrades for both the S3 and R that IMO would make either one of the most fun sleepers on the road today.

2015 Golf R is DSG only, 2016 coming in manual, loaded for under 40k.

 

STI is a bit more raw, and better handling at the limit, but not by much. Same performance overall.

 

S4 and S5 are bigger, but with sports diff, can do some work.

When does 16s coming out?

I can't seem to find any other than STI

Still on the fence on whether I should go with brand new ones (2016) or not.

Anyone work for Subaru dealer ? if not do you know any ?

On a side note-- Can you come up with better car option (new/used) under 40g

No ownership with IS-F, drove friends' few times and I guess they are good for fun dd, but that's it. you can't do much performance wise.

I've owned both E55, C63 in the past(just sold my C63)

Between two, I liked C63 more. Although you can do more stuff with 55 engine, because of its platform of being a larger sedan, It just felt like driving a boat.

But with C63 it feels more like drving a sports car than a sedan. Tighter, rigid, and 'imo' more reliable. Gas mileage with both cars though.... sadface

I had mine tuned by Techtec germany and it was perfect for dd + fun highspeed runs on the weekends

how about M3(E90) sedan?

Not as fast as AMGs on a straight line, but fast enough to enjoy daily wise, good looking, fun for curve-oriented driving

For a bolt on car, I can't find and performance benefit to an aftermarket BOV. Both the COBB or the GS EBS will do the car good. I'm in Westerville often. If you want to see the setup and talk more detail.

I'm in Korea rightnow, enjoying local car scene until the army

few days ago, I stopped by my friend's apartment and thought I would be in and out 3mins. So dumb myself didn't even lock the bike, I ended up staying there for more than an hour. When I cam back out, the bike was gone and found 1000ft from where I parked.

some punks attempted to steal my bike(2004 gsxr 600), they cut the ignition wires and twisted it and left it there. I hope it didn't mess with ecu or other stuff, but the rpm is stuck at 4k.

I ordered new ignition unit and the parts should be here tomorrow.

I have few buddies whos willing to do the work, but I have to tow it to Plaincity area.. (which I don't want to pay for the towing)

I was wondering if anyone here has a bike trailer/truck that help me tow the bike to Plain city.

Or someone who can come to my garage and help fix it at home..
