  4. It is looking like alittle rain on thursday. Lets see how the weather holds.
  5. I am heading to Kilkare to redeem myself from the horrible runs at NT. It looks like a good evening for running as long as the rain holds out. Anyone interested in going. Will be leaving between 3-4pm. Dover get ahold of Garrett and see if he is game......

  7. pulled in a 12.28@111 with a 1.778 60'. Personal best on the 60' but not on time and mile per hour. Havent driven the car since last sept. Having trouble hitting gears. All and all I am happy. Oh yea I set my two-step up incorrectly. It launched but cut timing on me once I would hit 4500 rpm. Lesson learned. If the weather holds out on Thurs I am going to Kilcare to see if I can hit some mid 11's. Had a great time and I got 13 runs in..Best time was on a hot lap

  15. actually it is pre-cut tint. Easy and I can take it off if I dont want them any more.

  17. Got the blackouts on the tail lights and the side markers. Also got the cobra inserts in.   19. Sounds like it would still have bad rings All of this will be done before we pull the motor out.

I would think that a certain somebody that owned the car before him ragged on it pretty hard and I believe I've heard something about that same guy was trying to spray nitrous but they couldnt get it right. I am going to guess that it was a couple of lean conditions. Who knows. Dover may have had a lean condition on that cyl. All I know is that like most of us think the rings are gone. But we need to get it to a proper garage (thanks Hal) and really start to find out what happened
  21. Read the entire post then. I pulled the plug. The plug wasn't fried just covered in oil. The boost got past the rings and sprayed oil out of his breathers. Hence the oil in the engine bay. No speculation just facts. NO PCV.

  23. Dover, I dont think this is going to be such a big dent in the wallet since we are all going to take care of this. But let it be known if I scrape any knuckles helping you I want 5% of your street earnings from that bolt-on GT.jk. I think we should start on it after the track day. Maybe the 25th.
