for one thing their are over 5000 ancient manuscripts for the new testament to go by, in greek and hebrew so the accuracy of the bible is not too questioned

if the God of the bible wants us to come to him by faith.. which the bible states then why would he make it possible to absolutely prove his existance?? it would not require faith by that point and most of what the bible states (new testament wise) would be worthless

ok maybe not but their are things that hint toward it , if you look at the biblical account of the resurection, in the bible it says that women discovered the tomb empty, in the day of Jesus women were not looked highly upon and Mary Magdalen was even less of a reputable source as she was a prostitute prior, if the people who wrote the bible were going to lie about it dont you think they would have put a different source of person (people) to have found the tomb empty??

anything can be contested the evidence leans towards he did exist tho, of course i believe he was divine and i also believe if you search you can find clues to even that

okay i believe that God is real, in your shoes (assume) that their is a God, if God is real, and created all things (which the bible states) wouldnt he have given us the capacity for science to study and to learn, (bible also says that) those are not the only things i have as far as science goes ,dont you think he would allow us to explain him through science and i believe it is possible to do so

your talking the difference between micro and macro-evolution with the cells the theory of evolution is not perfect as well it states THEORY not absolute truth nothing humans have is absolute the only thing i believe is absolute is the bible

i actually used to believe in evolution, i loved watching those shows i still watch them in fact i understand all the theories i just don't believe them anymore

its what i believe but here goes, irreducible complexity basically states that if you take one part of of a living cell it ceases to function, how would evolution explain a cell evolving all of its parts needed to function at the same time?? then lets look at the giraffe when it goes to take a drink of water all the blood in its body rushes to its head but to protect its brain from hemorrhaging their is a valve that reverses to keep the blood from doing so, how would the giraffe evolve that valve if it didnt have it in the beginning all of the giraffes in the beginning would have died if it didnt have it from the very start, then look at the complexity of dna the different parts it would not function if it were not in the exact order its in how would evolution put the pieces in perfect order through a random mutation? thats what i believe dont take it offensive its just a discussion
