HAHA. That was my first event, and it was pretty cool especially being it was free. I am not familiar with the location so doing it in the park would probably not be very good, I agree. Eventhough it may bring in some more newbies, ya never know.

Good thinking lol but no, I actually have another 98 white SS roller that I was building as a project and using parts from my 99 ws-6 trans am. Iwill have owned the TA for 6 years this summer but last fall it had an engine fire and burned up the front of the car. Made it to doc's party with spaulsen it was pretty neat have a free dyno session. Will plan to attend the newb meet in july as well.

I use sunoco 94 in the camaro, usually BP or sunoco in the silverado, BP credit card gives you 5% rebate on the purchase, sunoco is only 4%. Also for the shell guys, they are the largest importer of middle east towel head oil, sunoco is one of the smallest.

I guess I should say that the ss hood is gone because when the new head unit was installed the hood would not shut! So I had to buy a 4" cowl hood.

Hey that would be nice to know of someone local. I had to put half down when I took the car up to speed inc and that included half the speed density tune 3 bar map blah blah. I am thinking about putting nitrous on my truck I trade a guy some headers for a NOS kit

The car is at speed inc in chicago right now, and I havent even picked the shortblock up yet. I am hoping to on friday and ship it out asap, then assembly, dyno etc. Probably take a couple weeks.
