  8. Here let me help you... The Ohio LSX event is my event. The Ohio LSX group has been around for years. They use to have ones at Dyno Tune Motorsports in years past till the original starter gave up on the idea. Now a member has stepped up to take on the roll. I'm here for event organizing with this on top of other events I've put together this year. This will be one of 2 dyno days for this group (the other will be in Columbus hopefully back at Dyno Tune Motorsports once again). I have no doubts there will be a ton of cars! The 1st of 2 dyno days this summer for Ohio LSX will be held on April 29th at Big 3 Racing in Hinckley, Ohio. Time: 11:00am-4:00pm Cost: $60.00 for 3 pulls First come first serve for the dyno. We will be also selling Ohio LSX decals during the event! Rules are simple no burnouts and no reckless driving! Facebook event can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1813920448854953/?ti=icl Big 3 Racings own dyno day will be on May 28th 2017. Dyno day, car show, 3 bands playing, and food! Brings in 200+ cars every year. More details will be posted soon!
  9. It's funny during my research I found no info about any of this until I asked and then a million other people did the same thing. The first snow we got I drove it which I have a 40 mile commute on the highway. I didn't get 4 miles down the road I turned around and went back home and we only had maybe 2 inches on the road. Oh and heavy rain is another good time. I don't know if the shitty max mpg goodyears on it may have something to do with it or not but man does it hydroplane in a good monsoon. It takes a lot to scare me and this car does so I refused to drive it anytime they were calling for rain in the summer. Back in the summer I could make it to work on a full charge it was really nice. But as soon as the temp hit the 40-50's is when I lost all my charge. And the higher you run the heat and fan speed and even the heated seats the more battery you use. I averaged 23-26 miles out of a charge and which I started running on gas more like I said above and was getting 25mpg was the lowest I seen. It's parked and I'm not driving it till it gets traded in. Luckily I have a Honda Pilot also and I drive that all the time. 223,000 miles and don't have to fear the heat never working in it or any of the other stupid things I would have to worry about in the Volt. Plain and simple this car isn't meant for our climate.
  10. The basics: Summer months runs great gets good mileage. Winter time: Sucks in snow My heat half works and sometimes not at all(been in the dealer twice for the same thing) My Electric mileage gas went from 40 to 23 and I'm averaging 25mpg running on gas. Worst car I have ever owned. I would rather drive a 1G DSM around then this car and that's saying a lot LOL.
  11. Well I have one that's why I asked if you decide if you want one with little more mileage. And no tax credit all that ran out years ago. I can tell you everything you need to know/be aware of in these cars.
  12. Are you interested in a 2012 with 40k miles?
  13. Price drop! $8700 or OBO. Needs to move.
  14. For sale is my 2007 Honda Pilot EXL 4WD. I have owned this vehicle for 1 year and has been my daily driver. I bought this from Roush Honda in Medina, Ohio with 198K on it. It has 219,673 Miles now (Will go up depending on if driven) It was a 1 owner local trade on a new Pilot. It has a clean car fax other than it was hit in the rear back in 2012 with minor damage reported and comes with plenty of previous service records from the previous owner. No rips or tears in any of the leather seats. Everyone knows how particular I am buying vehicles and I must say this is one if not the nicest 200K plus mileage Pilot or even Honda you will find. For those not familiar with the options packages of Honda's it has leather seats, moon roof, heated front seats, power everything, 6 disk CD player with factory XM built in, 3rd row seating, and front/side airbags. Many new parts include: Timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt done at 205,021 miles and is good up to 100,000 miles from that mileage Front wheel bearing done at 205,021 miles Transmission flush done at 205,021 miles (was also done by previous owner around 140,000 miles) 4 wheel alignment done at 198,261 miles Oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2 replaced at 209,780 4 wheel alignment done at 209,780 (alignment messed up after wheel bearing was replaced) Alternator was replaced around 215,000 miles New Honda OEM radiator installed at 215,808 miles New Honda OEM hood latch/switch installed at 215,808 miles Battery was tested at 215K and still holds 12.86 volts Windshield seal was repaired right around 198,000 miles ( I was experiencing wind noise and some water leaking into the car) New Honda OEM top and lower air box recently installed (bolts rusted out and broke holding the air filter inside) along with a new OEM Honda air filter New left and right OEM fog lamp housings (rock went thru passenger side one) The only 2 things extra added outside of engine maintence are a set of OEM Honda all weather mats (comes with stock carpet mats as well) and 15% window tint added on the front windows and top of windshield. I have all documentation of all parts bought and installed and will go with the Pilot. Everything works on the vehicle other than 2 things: I just drove it for the first time since we got out of our cold spell and noticed the A/C doesn’t blow very cold as it did last year so it may need charged back up not really sure. I may have my tech look at it when I have chance. When I first got the vehicle I noticed the top dome laps always stayed on after all the doors were shut. When I took this into Honda for the radiator and hood switch I had them look at this problem. At first they thought the switch itself was bad and replaced and the problem existed. So it has been down to the wiring or the multi-plex. The tech did notice it was putting a constant draw on the Pilot and did fix that issue so it wouldn’t draw the battery down. This is not a big thing cause you can just turn the dome lamps switch off like I have since I bought it. Between the gauge cluster and lighting on the doors you can see to get in at night really well and if need be just turn the switch on for the dome lamps and turn it off once in the vehicle. Exterior wise is in great shape with no rust. It has one spot on the front fender where it appears their was a dent down by the front bumper clip (Picture below) and it was PDR’ed at the dealership and they didn’t do a very good job of making it look better. I have been given some estimates on getting it fixed and have planned on doing so once I have some time. It will need a set of tires by time winter comes around in my opinion. The coating on the wheels isn't the greatest they got pretty eaten up from the salt this past winter but nothing major. And that’s it. This thing can be jumped in and driven anywhere and I wouldn’t be scared one bit with the miles. It’s made plenty of trips to Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati. Reason I am selling is I bought another vehicle that has better MPG than the Pilot and I have a 75.6 mile commute to and from work everyday. I really don’t have to sell it but it just sits in front of my house everyday not really doing me any bit of good when it could be a help to someone else. NADA books this with the miles retail over $9,000. I am asking $9,500 or OBO. As far as trades I am looking for a diesel truck just as nice as this vehicle is (NO JUNK) Any other questions or concerns just let me know!
