  1. Sounds like it will be a blast. I've been looking for a place to 275 race for next year. Hope it works out.
  2. I know, but this lets you run in the middle of a test and tune without having to qualify a field. Keeps the pace up.
  3. MCIR is Larue right? LOL My old man was just telling me about the old days there. Seems like a smaller track would be more receptive to this on a trial basis. The way I do it up here is to have everyone in lanes 5-6 for ex., then have the starter pull chips to decide who runs who. Makes it very simple.

Good deal. I have an every weekend habit right now, but plan on doing a little travelling when I get down there. I'll be about a month late for the big races, but I guess there's always next year.

Thanks. What do you have done to yours? Is there a pretty big LSX track scene down there? I know it's horrible up here. There's about 3 of us that go fairly often.
  6. Pretty much. They don't like to hang tanks on them.
  7. I'd be down for a 275 class. I think if the payout is there, you'll see this class be mid 8's in less than a year though. I've organized classes like this up here, and would be more than willing to give you a hand. Problem is that I won't be getting in state until November.
  8. Even though I work on heave aircraft, we do quite a few Russian intercept with the 22 up here. http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/1160/f22andbearaw1.jpg
  9. Since I left Ohio, I've moved around quite a bit. Denver Memphis Dallas Western Oklahoma West Texas (abilene) And now, Anchorage If I had to move somewhere completely off the wall, I'd go to Singapore. I spent like 45 days there for work a couple years ago. It is nuts. Almost zero crime, English is the primary language, schools are great for the kiddos, Finally, the place turns into a gigantic party at night.

It's nice, and sucks a ton of air. Something like 1250 cfm. The EFI conversion is easy with with those speartech harnesses. We just put an LQ4 into my old LT1 car. Let me know if you need any pointers on the swap.

LOL That pic wasn't at the peak. My car 1/8 mile's better than most. It always nosed over on the big end and would run a 10.0 at like 133. Once this new setup gets dialed in I'm hoping for 9.30 on the full shot.

It's a Victor Jr with an Accufab 4150 TB. It flows tons better than elbow setups. I'll see if I can dig up a pic of my old elbow setup. First weekend out on that setup went 6.18 in the 1/8th then popped a head gasket as soon as I shifted into 3rd. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b71/jmill96Z/100_3289.jpg Here's the video. The other car runs 9.0's and smacked the wall on the same run. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b71/jmill96Z/th_M2U00056.jpg

Oh, sorry. Forged 347. TEA 5.3 heads, 237/243 cam, TH350, 9", Pro flow plate on 100 shot on the hit, and the Harris Speedworks fogger with 200 pills when the car comes back down. I'm having some tune issues as of late, so I'm stuck at 10.0's on a weak 200 shot.

Hey guys, My name is Jeremy Miller. I'm currently stationed up in Anchorage Alaska in the Air Force. My most probable next assignment will be to Wright Pat AFB. I am actually originally from central Ohio, but honestly can't remember the last time I was there. I grew up in Reynoldsburg, and moved away just before my freshman year in high school (or Jr. high, I don't know if things have changed or not) but anyways.... I have a 98 Z28 stock cubed nitrous huffer. It runs OK for what it is. here are some pics, etc. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b71/jmill96Z/wheelsup.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b71/jmill96Z/frontburnout.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b71/jmill96Z/IMG_4364.jpg
