  1. Picked up a bone stock 08 C6Z with 22,xxx on it. Drove it for about 4 months then parked it just to be on the safe side. Purchased RPM stage 3 package with their B3 cam and AI heads with full exhaust and Vararam intake. Best decision I could have made! Car makes crazy power and is AMAZING to drive. You don't have to go that far as modding, but I would definitely prepare for the heads to be done inside of your "purchase price"
  2. Definitely in. Last year was a really good time!
  3. Happy you came to the site Pat, it's Easley. We need to get together soon man
  4. Awesome work Brian! Hoping for many more successful years!
  5. Ryan, Great work as always! The best part about working with Ryan is his communication. He's always been up front and honest about the condition of the car, and does everything he can to get the car in the best condition he can. And yes unfortunately the trim is coming up on the drivers door
  6. It is not, sorry I thought I got rid of this thread
  7. I'll take some more today and put them up
  8. BUMP... a nice reliable truck for this winter!
  9. Up for sale is a 2001 GMC Yukon 4X4 with a 5.3 liter engine. It is Tan in color with tan interior, tinted windows, and the factory 16 inch rims. The rear of the truck has 2 opening doors instead of a hatch that opens upward. The car does have 198,810 miles on it but the truck is ready to drive! Heat and A/C fully functional Brand new tires and alignment Brand new rebuilt transmission Fresh Oil change Interior is really clean New brake lines going to rear (GM full size trucks always have a rust problem on brake lines) New wipers Heated seats If you have any questions feel free to call/text- (six, one, four) 5 8 zero - 7 four 5 zero NO TRADES - I got a new vehicle so this one is being sold. If you don't like the price, make me an offer. (Note: I am a technician, the pictures of the truck on the lift were last night after I got done with the oil change) Thanks! http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/4766780972.html CR price will be $4200... Need this off my hands with the holidays coming up and I'm also getting ready to move. The car is at my shop and can be seen whenever. 10. Tint will be done probably Friday or early next week. Yes I'm definitely happy with the 1LE package the regular SS's are just too boring for me. I love the 10 spoke ZL1 wheels and tires, they just add a completely different look and feel to the car! Thanks again for all the compliments!
  11. Appreciate the compliments! Once spring truly hits I'm hoping to get some good pictures of her and get her to the track and see what she can do!
  12. RC K9- The wonderful thing about my situation is I own both cars, so regardless of which is faster I'll be happy. But one thing is for sure, the DSM will never be the Camaro. One day the Camaro will be modded, but just not any time soon. The Camaro isn't the fastest car, but for the money it's a great platform that I can make fast NA or Boost...
  13. Mallard said it right, that's exactly what they were telling me. But as we can see everything worked out! I'd love to bring it to C&C I usually work Saturday's but I'll be out Thanks Steve, means a lot man! And I traded the TBSS in :-/ I'll miss it but I like the upgrade Was it an auto? they're rated at a lower horsepower.. But I'll see how this does against my 500 awhp GSX once the brake in is done. Thank you though!
  14. Thanks man I'd love to but that's the day after my moms having surgery and I won't be able to come. Maybe we can set something up.. Well it's been little different for me. It has been a struggle for me even with a really good credit score. I was always told I lacked history, but thanks
  15. Thank you! And it was a little more difficult getting into this new Camaro than it was getting into my TBSS 2 years ago. I was even told my age was a determining factor from the dealership that actually turned me down from getting it. I guess they just didn't want to sell me a car...
  16. Just wanted to share my latest purchase. It's a 2014 Camaro 1SS 1LE! I've always dreamed of buying a new car and I'm extremely blessed and fortunate at age 23 to be able to purchase this car without any help. Only plans as of right now are tinting the windows and just enjoying the car! https://www.flickr.com/photos/121224288@N03/ Sorry for the bad pictures, I've only had the car a few days. Let me know what you think! Original links aren't working so here is the photo album I've uploaded so far. A video of a start up and rev is on there too
  17. based on the responses it seems like I need to put the MIG welder to use. I know I can google "how to use a MIG" welder and get a million sources, but does anyone have any good sources they've used first hand and know to be good? Thanks for all your inputs guys
  18. Tolls Tech? I don't want to be a welder, I just want to be able to weld. I went to OWU to play basketball and get a top tier education. I plan on being a business owner. Having the education I obtained and a few other skills will only help me be more successful in the future. I see what you're trying to say though.
  19. I'm in a little situation and wondering how I should approach it, and hoping to get some input. I just graduated college in May from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Economic management. My dad owns his own shop in Columbus (not trying to promote, just stating) and I plan on becoming an ASE certified tech next year. I really want to start welding, and I'm just trying to decide the best way to go about it. We have a MIG welder at the shop, but in all honesty it doesn't get used much. I want to start TIG welding so I can start building my own parts. I know very little, so pretty much I'm starting from scratch. Some ideas that have crossed my mind: - Take a welding class at CSCC - Trying to intern at a shop, which would be difficult working full time and also coaching basketball, nevertheless doable. - Going to buy a welder and seeing how it goes. Doesn't seem realistic because I don't have any type of guidance. So any input would be greatly appreciated! Cliffs: how would you start welding with no experience and little knowledge, while also balancing a full time and part time job?
  20. SUPER CLEAN bike and Joe is a good dude. GLWS
