  1. Hey, anyone able to recommend a good local body shop? I chipped my stripe on my Mach and I'm looking to have the replacement professionally installed. Anyone on here have a good word to put in for someone?
  2. Did you buy this blower off a guy named Shane from Toledo by any chance?
  3. He doesn't look drunk at all before they slammed him into the pillar. And it's fairly obvious the Houston policia are a little biased after the dude posed for the picture with her. Hope he gets millions, then it won't matter that she ruined his career over him standing in the wrong place.
  4. The f1 key. Srsly though, idk. Pay for them to take a class at a local college?
  5. My cousin and I had one when when we were kids. He can still do all his stunts and flips and shit. Neither of us ever got hurt, probably because our aunt lectured us over and over again how dangerous they were and we were careful (as careful as you can be while doing flips on a trampoline...) A little scare tactic goes a long way in terms of making sure kids are safe on the tramp, especially if you get them young while they're still impressionable. The most serious injury I ever got was a headache playing popcorn from getting my head jarred around so much.
  6. Sounds like a really interesting idea. I know not many people know me because I'm just a FNG but I'd be interested if you'll have me.
  7. I be hatin on the D-town.
  8. I have a friend with a 2003 v6 manual, thats where I was getting my info from. There is also someone in my appt. parking garage who has the same body style in a manual. The v6 badge on the back is red if it's a manual transmission, afaik. (Not an accord buff by any means, but Im positive these two cars are the same body style and both are stick).
  9. We call it "from Detroit".
  10. They were actually referred to as the SN95s, with 05-09 being S197, and the current generation being S197-II. New Edge cars (99-04) are technically the same as the SN95. Disregarding visual differences, the chassis are nearly exact replicas, and you can swap almost any part from a SN95 car to a New Edge. S197-II does not share this characteristic, as the chassis was redesigned between '09 and '10. Still don't buy one. I was serious about the Accord.
  11. I stopped reading after this because its so damn true. I had an 05 v6, the one that actually DID have the 4.0L (the 99-04 that you want came with the 3.8 still). It was automatic, and probably a better car for my grandma than me. Ford did a piss poor job on the v6 performance until 2011 and the new 3.7. Speaking as a previous owner: Unless you REALLY want to have one of the most common cars on the road (with most of the drivers being dumbass bros or sorority girls), pick something else. If you can stand to be a little more boring visually, a manual v6 Accord from the early 2000s will be a faster, better handling car for about the same coin.
  12. The vast majority of them are, honestly. Mustang owners have a few big scandals a year, sure, but by and large you don't hear about people selling other people junk under false advertisement, stealing other people's cars, stealing other people's money, or beating the piss out of each other in the parking lot.
  13. +1. This kind of happened to me before. I missed a shift and it wouldnt go back into any gear for about 30 seconds. I pulled off, just sat and let the car idle and it went back in butter smooth. Interested to see replies.
