  1. I am up to 5 cars now, so this has to go. It is Automatic, silver, has a recent timing belt, 140k miles, Interior is in excellent shape (has some pet hair). All 4 brake rotors recently replaced as well as pads. Radiator and fans are newer. Power windows, 2 keys, newish tires. Runs just fine as it sits I am asking 2k in its current condition. P/M me if interested. Thanks! The exhaust downpipe is leaking a little, the axle seals are leaking (have new seals which I'll likely do). Front bumper is peeling http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/2011-03-30191443.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/2011-03-30191435.jpg http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/2011-03-30191422.jpg (rust at edge of quarter) http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e346/billycoyote/2011-03-30191336.jpg (peeling front bumper)
  2. I was expecting an older black man with a wife beater on!
  3. Hit me up, and we can work something out;)
  4. I've owned both. The street model XR is just as laggy as the DR due to EPA carb regulations. Jetting and pipes help a ton. I would say that the XR's suspension feels better. So, which bike did you pick up?
  5. I bought a dual sport Suzuki DR 650 and put a high compression piston in it. Just waiting to find a good deal on some streetbike wheels to put on on. Going with a dualsport first, instead of a dirtbike, is good because its already street legal but usually ends up being a little more expensive in the long run, mainly because they have less peppy carburetors and the wheels still need to be changed out. If Suzuki made a Supermoto 650, I would have bought one of those instead. I do love my bike though!! Thumpertalk is a good resource too
  6. Good stuff! I like dubstep, Its weird. Like me.
  7. That sucks man, I just bought the place down the street from you. Good luck with your adventure!
  8. I have a silver auto 2000 Hyundai Tiburon with 140k. It has had the timing belt changed already and has been very well taken care of. All pads and rotors are brand new, tires have a good amount of life left on them. Front bumper has been replaced due to someone backing into it, and the paint is peeling on it (just the bumper). 2500 as it sits. The rest of the car is in great shape
  9. Someone come get this damn thing out of my driveway
  10. Fuck all of you X haters! The body style is yes, very different than the older generations. To me, it is a little more grown-ass man. To each his own. It definately grew on me. What do I know, I'm an Isuzu enthusiast:)
  11. It is still available. A couple of people are interviewing today. Private message me your full name, phone number, work history/certs, and I'll get you into the referral system. Edit: just found your old pm's. Sorry, I missed them
  12. More positions opened up. INCLUDING A TECHNICIAN SPOT. They call the position MA3. If you already applied, apply again!! Private message me your name and phone and I will let you use me as a reference. These Tech positions almost never come up, I strongly encourage anyone that wants a foot in the door to apply. It pays good and it is not hard to move up from there at all. Good luck. Apply at Carmax.com for the Sawmill Location.
  13. Was great meeting some of you and putting a face to a name as well -Bill
  14. I am gonna shower and try to head out that way. Got the Evo with me
  15. Post resurrection! Still for sale, just pulled out of storage. Still has 20k miles and is fresh to death
  16. Want a snowmobile? Arctic Cat 340cc Trailcat. Its a shitload of fun!!
  17. If you take it to Carmax at Easton and ask for me, I will take a look at it. If I cannot come up with an indefinate answer, we wont charge for any diagnostic. If I find the problem, you have to pay a 1hr diag and you are not obligated to pay for additional repairs. I am very good with out of the ordinary problems. I also know a mobile diagnostics tech that charges less than 100 dollars to diag anything, no matter how long it takes. He has every single factory scantool and is a smart sob. My name is Bill. Let me know if I can help. BTW, the mobile diagnostics guy can usually repair bad computer boards and lcd's
  18. Call Jamie at JCJ mobile diagnostics and get it fixed for a fraction of that. ***edited for misread**** If the LCD backlight is out, this guy can replace it. Tell him Billy sent you. He will fix almost every instrument cluster problem out there. 614-582-3713
  19. What goes bad is the heater element inside of it. They go bad just enough to pass the monitor test, but not enough to work effectively. Oxygen sensors work shitty when cold, its why theres a heater in them to begin with. The element is a lot like a light bulb on a mercedes. They can be burned completely out, but the instrument cluster sometimes does not notice due to an amount of resistance still present so it does not trigger any error messages. something like that That too! If any of the vital sensors are out of range for a long period of time, your fuel trims are probably way high. May wanna do a "ecu reset" too.
  20. You probably need to replace your o2 sensor. Hard cold start is a talltale sign of a bad o2
