  1. I get that shit extremely cheap. Prolly paid less for all those than you did for your stack....just sayin
  2. My weekend pre-game workout lol
  3. Well it's getting close to summer and everyone wants to look good. Obviously more goes into looking good than supplements...diet and workout are the two major components but I thought this would be a good thread to post what you're taking and help others with suggestions. http://i624.photobucket.com/albums/tt325/BStowers023/photo_zps03228d9c.jpg Pre workout - C4 and Rebel During workout - Waxy Maize and Arganine Post workout - Wheybolic Morning/late afternoon snack - Nitrofactor Daily Multi - Mega Men's heart Strength - Fortitude test booster I'm no expert and don't pretend to be, but I'm pretty satisfied with my stack! Post yours!
  4. The second one the same as the first in a different country. It's not as good when you can predict everything that's going to happen.
  5. I remember him trailering his 13 second CRX to Home Depot then turning down any person who called him out. He's a dumb, fat joke.
  6. Is that Martin douche on this site? If not, you should invite him Fill
  7. Why didnt they just stop at 1? The first one was epic
  8. Anyone in here take waxy maize?
  9. I'll try and post a flexing pic later today (no homo). That's my right (injured) arm. The tricep hasn't formed properly so there isn't much definition in that arm.
  10. I'm around 15% currently. My goal is 8-12%. I do have visible abs fyi...
  11. I workout because I love it. Sure, I look at strength gains but it isn't my #1 concern. Lifting, dieting and supplementing have become a major part of my life. I am currently 6'1 198 and would like to be a solid 205-210. I'm content with being that big. Obviously keeping body fat between 8-12%.
  12. It's not the loss of muscle mass, my right tricep didn't form back properly, so when I do heavy barbell workouts like bench, it puts too much strain on my right rotator.
  13. I actually got hurt overseas, so I can't lift for weight anymore...so I comprimised by doing faster paced, higher reps training. I broke my arm, they had to cut down my entire tricep and do an internal fixation with an 8" titanium plate with 15 titanium screws. So yeah, that's why I don't lift heavy anymore, and I'm fine with it.
  14. This. Unless you're competing in a strong man, why do you have to bench 5+ plates?
  15. It's pretty bad on south campus. Summit is covered.
  16. I'd leave the bottom end stock if you're only shooting for 500rwhp. IMO, no need to go with more discplacement or forged internals unless you're planning on adding boost (kinda like what you said). I feel like if you do a motor swap, you'll be dumping tons of money into something that you don't really need. The LS1 is a very strong motor with a powerful bottom end and if I'm reading your profile correctly, you have an 02 WS6 which come with better rod bolts than the 00 and earlier model LS1's = supports more power. Do what you want, but I'd just keep the stock motor and stock bottom end if you're only goal is 500rwhp with a little spray.
  17. My car made 451rwhp/404rwtq with just basic bolt ons, ported stock heads an a cam. You can do the math for what it made with the spray (100,125 and 150 shot). Go to Texas-Speed.com or WS6store.com for some solid parts. If your car is an 01-02, you do not need to upgrade the intake manifold. The LS6 is fine. Here's a basic list... SLP lid 1 3/4" LTs catless Y pipe Electric cutout Catback Ported stock heads (cheaper) Mild to aggressive cam 500-700rwtq clutch Tick master cylinder Gears (3.90 or 4.10) Tire (MT ET Streets proffered) 39lb ford racing injectors 255lph fuel pump LS2 timing chain 85mm truck MAF (cheaper) Wet kit I'm sure I'm missing some things....but that should help you get started.
  18. Full bolt ons, heads/cam, wet shot, gears, tire.
  19. Ha! You're a fucking douche. You came into the thread with your alpha male mentality that you're better than everyone in here. Nobody gives a shit how much you can deadlift. Gtfo
  20. That's fine lol I don't really care. I just think it's funny that he's insulting people for going to the classic. He thinks he's the only one on this forum that works out. Not everyone is a power lifter.
  21. Where do you workout at? Planet Fitness? :lolguy: The guy that's a huge serious bodybuilder is too cool for the Arnold classic. :dumb:
