So it's about what a thought it was. A policy that doesn't really do any real good for the victim outside of covering the liability of the University by having something on paper that says "HEY LOOK! SEE, WE CARE!" Obviously my point went way over your head. Protect yourself first and foremost and don't rely on any system, law enforcement, law or policy to protect you. Nobody is stopping someone from walking onto any campus and committing a hate crime or any other crime. I'm sure there was a policy in place at Sandy Hook but what good did that do? If I ever have a kid, I am not going to teach them how to be a victim like many people do now days. If they are being bullied, I will teach and train them how to stick up for themselves. Bullies, thugs, robbers, murderers, terrorists, or just bad people in general will never go away, they will always be a part of society. I'm not saying don't put certain policies or laws in place with harsh extensive action for some of these crimes, all I'm saying is learn how to protect yourself first, rely on everything else second.

So a "Safe-Space" is supposed to deter people who commit hate crimes? This is the same logic as making guns illegal will prevent gun crimes. It's a joke. Protect yourself by all means necessary. Do I think it's okay to commit a hate crime? Absolutely not, but you're living in some bubble if you truly believe creating a "Safe-Space" will prevent anything. What a crock of shit. Guess what, breaking and entering into someone's home is illegal, do I rely on a law that states that it's illegal? Nope, I keep a loaded .357 magnum on my night stand and a Remington 12GA next to my bed. If I go buy something off craigslist from a stranger or am working in a sketchy area, do I rely on a law that says murder is illegal? No, I bring my gun with me just in case. That's the problem, everyone wants to complain instead of actually taking care of themselves. If you think it's a real problem, go take MMA self defense classes, carry a weapon, do what the fuck you have to do. Somewhere in the midst of all of this liberal agenda BULLSHIT, doing what the fuck you have to do to survive has been lost.

Selling cars is honestly one of the worst experiences one can have. I literally HATE everything about it until I give the keys to the new owner and am driving home with that stress gone out of my life. When I was selling my Jeep, I had to skip the gym most days after work just to meet some tire kicking clown at my house who essentially just wanted a free test drive in a "cool" Wrangler. I did this about 15 times before it finally sold. At a point, your time starts becoming more important than your money. I would never get into the buy and sell car business unless I planned on dedicating my entire day everyday to do so (owning a car lot) and even then, fuck that.

In my experience, Vegas isn't worth going to just by itself, at least not from all the way in Ohio. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay in Vegas longer than 2 nights honestly. It's best to pair Vegas up with another trip IMO.

Pretty much. Why incur the liability if you don't need to. If you owned a business you wouldn't incur an unnecessary liability that could really only harm you if you could completely avoid it. I mean, like Shawn said, if you're religious then it makes sense (I guess). Particularly if you're the bread winner in the relationship. Even if you know someone for 20 years, things can always change. Shit, I've known my dad my whole life but he's changed a whole hell of a lot and not for the better.

Damn, man that's horrible I've never been married or really even gotten close to marriage but can anyone explain why the male in the relationship holds the burden of the cost in 95% of these cases and still ends up getting fucked? Is it a money thing, where as whoever makes more money in the marriage owes the other $X amount or is literally based off of gender (Srs question because I honestly don't know)? Is there a reason that the female tends to typically be favored in a custody battle? Could a prenup avoid a lot of these types of issues, at least money wise? Maybe someone can chime in, but I think these are good Q and As for anyone who might be getting married soon on what things to consider if things go south.

There are like 7-8 large apartment/condo buildings going up in/near downtown. Our company is working on a few on them. It's just crazy how much money there must be in Columbus for there to be that many places being built that are $1500+/month rent for a 1 bedroom or $400k+ for a 2 bedroom condo while the prices in areas like Grandview stay steady or steadily increase.

Well, guys as some of you know I took a pretty big hit with my Vette recently. It's seems like there is a bad rod bearing as there is some tapping coming from the bottom end. I originally planned on buying a house this year with a garage and keeping this car for quite a while, but my situation has since changed and I've decided to put her up for sale and move into something new with a warranty so I don't have to deal with this unfortunate situation again. The car is extremely clean inside and out, and has been garaged and it shows. The car ran great before this issue and I am very confident it will be a good car after it is corrected. Here are some of the details of the car... 1999 Corvette Fixed Roof Coupe 112k miles (won't change as I obviously am not driving it currently) -Brand New Monster Twin Disc Clutch -1300+ Fuel system will stay on the car which is a LPE pump in tank with all new lines up to the rail and back with an aftermarket regulator. Magnafuel 4103 pump never wired up, however is plumbed to pull it's own fuel from the bottom of the tank and feed the same -10an feed line as the LPE pump. Basic LPE pump set-up now, but wire the Magnafuel to a hobbs switch or the like and the fuel system will support 1300+. -Stock long block -TSP Torquer 2 cam -Ported 5.3 truck heads -LS6 intake and fabricated valve covers are hydrodipped and the LS6 intake has a direct port kit plumbed on it that has never been wired. -Dual 10# bottles included. -Relocated Coil Packs -Brand new LG Coil Overs installed -Bottom of the car and all suspension items where cleaned and wire brushed while apart to really clean the car up. -Z06 replica chrome wheels, Z06 seats, stick on z06 vents -New XS-Power Longtube Headers w/ Catted X-pipe and Magnaflow Cat-back -New stereo w/bluetooth with mic for hands free calls The car has high quality parts on it and isn't far off from being set up to make some serious power depending what direction you'd want to go with fixing the issue or replacing the short block. With the LG Coilovers the car handles incredibly well. There is roughly $4-5k in the nitrous kit and suspension alone. I should note that the nitrous kit is brand new and have not sprayed the car as it is not completely hooked up. This is definitely a drivers car. Someday I would like to own another Vette (hopefully with better luck) but right now, I need to focus on reducing my debt/stress. Due to the issue, I will not allow anybody to drive the car unless you show up with cash in hand and I can tell you are serious (NO TIRE KICKERS!). And even at that, the drive will be extremely limited just to ensure the car does in fact run and move. I don't mind starting the car for anyone who wants to come look at it though. CR PRICE: I understand I am going to take a big loss no matter what, but I'm willing to let the car for $11k as it sits with the complete nitrous kit. I would consider selling it for $10k without the nitrous kit if you plan on going a different direction with the car.
