  1. Thanks for the fun. 11.98 was the best I could muster. I slipped off the line a bit with a 1.78 60ft. Was expecting 11.60's with 1.60. From there I never hooked again. I will plan on making some of the southern ones next year.
  2. Are you sure it's still on? I was planning on going again, getting ready to pay. 42 said they are closed for the season as of a couple of days ago. Calling and asking someone they confirmed no more events this year.
  3. Going to try and get this done for the National Trail meet in two weeks. Old one is out and the stroker is done on the stand ready. Just need some odds & ends before it goes in. Hope to be in the mid 11's track day. old 5.7 (345) motor out http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/motor%20swap/motorpull011.jpg http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/motor%20swap/motorpull010.jpg new/used 6.4 (392) ready for install http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/motor%20swap/motorpull012.jpg Hope to be there.
  4. Since I just joined the end of last year after the Dragway 42 Test/Tune (the guy with the only Sublime Charger, the LOUD one) You got me thinking that 12.40's was just too slow. Soooooo...... original cubes = 345(5.7) , 350 RWHP This spring Stroker 392 based 6.1 motor with 425 or so RWHP depending on tune. Proven motor that went low 11's during the '10 season. Hope to be installed and running before May 1. (hopefully)
  5. Thanks for the support! Yes, I do plan on making it to more track days. I was able to see some of the photos from the track day and they rocked!
  6. First - Thanks to Columbus Racing for having their most recent track rental day at Dragway 42. Inferal(member here & great friend) invited me to come down and have some fun. I also know Sam with the SRT8 Black 300. I Broke all of my Personal Best's that day. I ran 12.47 with a 1.69 60'. Before that it was a 12.73. I am sure you saw me or least heard me go down the track that day! I also DESTROYED my transmission on the last run and barely made it home!!!! SECOND - I have owned many MOPAR muscle cars over the years. My latest toy is a 2007 Sublime Daytona Charger that is decently modified. I have ported heads, cam, shorty headers, 3400 converter, upgraded rear axles with 3.92 Challenger rear diff. I am not afraid to break anything as I love to work on it. I am also more than willing to lend a hand when asked. Just a couple of pics of my car and a video of me at Norwalk. Thanks for your consideration to belong to Columbus Racing. http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/holiday2010mikelisa018.jpg http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/MOPAR-NATS-2009035.jpg http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/th_003-1.jpg The last one here shows that I do rip my car apart and actually work on it. http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww265/Sublime130/Dyno%20runs/Carstuff002.jpg
