Slight surplus of heat in the combustion chamber. This is no.7. Also cooked no.4 & no.8 they just weren't as bad. Think they were already cooked but I finished them off. Definitely finished the no.7 off at the track. Puffed smoke for a couple days after then straightened up. Glad I decided to have it pulled and checked!! Fully built and balanced bottom end and custom ground cams all done at L&M engines in PA. ( full rebuild) I cooked 3 pistons Or, it was like that and I finished it off

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. Looking for an expert shop to do some stage 3 cams and do a complete refresh to my cobra engine and maybe a few more goodies to my car. I want it to be someone who knows these engines inside and out. Don't mind paying for the expertise, just not gonna get hosed. Thanks Mark
