Correct. The driveway will go right thru where the house now stands. Safest place to put it on top of the hill... Thought about donating to fire dept. but would rather see the wood get used again rather than turned to ash. The roof trusses are not to code. The code changed between last permit and getting a new one. Has 2x4 needs at least 2x6 now. So, whole roof needs to come off and a new one put on. On top of all that we don't want that type of floor plan in the end. So, she's gotta go. Put on CL for a day and got soo many responses that I took it off for now to give the first few a chance to get it. If they can't then it'll go back on. Appreciate all the input and ideas for sure!

Located just into Richland county on st rt 546. Bought this property and it has a house that was started to be completely redone but they lost interest. Roof is not to code and foundation is junk. Anyone who is willing to tear down and remove ALL OF IT ( Not the windows ) can have it! But, Everything must go! Down to foundation. That I will take care of. Lumber is about 4 yrs old. Thanks to everyone who came out!! Really enjoyed meeting all of you! A huge thank you to Joe for setting it all up and letting me pop off some rounds!! We are shooting ( no pun intended ) to do a late spring, early summer dent day so everyone will be ready for the summer dent free!! I will keep everyone updated.

Those can be a bit tricky. Worked on an older one recently. Front fenders were a bear. I was able to get most of them but a couple eluded me. I'd bring it and lets see. There is never any charge if I try one and can't fix it. I would count it as more experience which in doing what I do is always needed. I've been doing this now for nearly 7 years and manage to learn a new trick almost daily. All dents are truly like snowflakes. There are never 2 the same. The pressure to cause it and the object are always different. I have had folks that park their car in almost the exact same spot and hit the exact same thing over and over and have several (10+) in a 3 or 4 inch area and each one is a bit different and needs to be repaired with a slightly different technique. So, to all of you coming...just bring whatever you have. Large or small and lets see how it goes. I ain't skeered :lolguy::fuckyeah:

No need to be cleaned prior. I will just clean the dented area. So, if its real dirty you will leave with you dents fixed and clean spots

Dents with very small amount of paint missing can be repaired...However, where the paint is missing will always remain low. When you fill it in with touchup it should level it out in appearance. Just in case anyone is curious...I DON'T DO TOUCHUP at all. sorry.

Ok, allot of questions regarding price.... PRICES WILL BE DISCOUNTED FOR CR MEMBERS Discounts for more than one and so on. The harder and or larger the dent the more it will cost. Prices will start at $40 cash for a dime size dent (That's roughly 1/10 the price of repainting the panel). Price will go down per dent the more you do. Repair time varies depending on size and ease of access. There are so many variables to repairing dents that I must see all dents to give a solid price. I can do a BUNCH of dents in 4 hours plus my son will be along also. He has over a year experience and does great work! ( proud papa ) The bottom line is your happy with it or I'm not! I pride myself on the fact that as far as I know I have 100% satisfaction rating.
