  1. all a matter of opinion. I wouldn't touch audiobahn shit if you paid me.
  2. you need a beer bottle half full of gasoline, a rag, and a lighter.. that will keep them from coming back.
  3. quoted for tiny ballz content. :dumb:
  4. I gotchu. http://www.ddaudio.com/ https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraudio.com/sess/utn;jsessionid=154e947ac36309a/shopdata/index.shopscript
  5. I'm pretty sure jeffro fucked up this thread dipshit.
  6. DD stuff is legit, RE, depends on what you get, Fi stuff is badass if you can afford it. That about sums it up. all better than the best buy crap the op listed to begin with.
  7. I have not come across a faster stock bottom end 7 bolt if that's what you mean, but lets keep the fuckery to a minimum in the tech help section. If you wish to call me out, do it in the kitchen/ romper room/hal's kitchen/ get the fuck off my lawn.
  8. It's possible you could have burnt the outputs on the head unit with shorting out wires, it's happened in my vehicles before. Go through all your speaker wiring to make sure there's no more shorts in the wiring, and if it's still not working then take skinner up on his offer to rule out your head unit. I wouldn't swap stereos before inspecting the wire, otherwise you might burn up another one while troubleshooting.
  9. You would likely need something like this.
  10. don't be scared of dsm's just get one that hasn't been hacked together or hoed out and you'll be fine. also if you're getting a 7 bolt car, get a 98 or 99.
  11. 6 BOLT LOL I had to say it. :fa:
  12. While it is important to have a good quality amp, the box makes the speaker. A buddy of mine had a kicker cvr 15 with a good amp running plenty of wattage stuffed into a generic sealed enclosure in a little honda, he had it metered at 132dB. I purchased a kicker cvr 10 and built a proper enclosure to use in my explorer, and ran it off a crunch 800w amp (crunch amps are built with hifonics components for those who didn't know) at any rate my 10" sub metered at 131.7dB playing the same exact song as my buddy with the 15" I later upgraded to a cvr 15 in a proper enclosure and metered at 146dB on a larger amp. my advice for the OP is don't go for most of the brand name stuff they sell at best buy. JL, Alpine, and Kicker I've had good results with personally, but they are all overpriced IMO. I've had good luck with MA audio, Audiopipe (only their higher end stuff), Hifonics, or if you want to get into the expensive stuff there's always MMATS, Digital Designs, Memphis audio, RE Audio, Fi, etc. Regardless of what brand you buy, stay away from entry level speakers, most of the entry level stuff is junk. If you'd like further advice, feel free to pm me.

Early on it was said they wouldn't be supporting 3rd party apps. The app store only is what it is today due to hackers.
