  1. My clutch doesn't suck, it's just not oompa loompa friendly. :gabe:
  2. When? I tried numerous times and you didn't want any. Shall I call the current owner? Maybe he could make a visit for the track day. yep, check the TKO thread. have you ever driven a gst? they suck for traction. Its sitting on all season tires which doesnt help my case any. If I'm in the throttle more than 45% in first or second, it wont grip. In 3rd, it may grip if I roll into the throttle just right.
  3. Quoted for gayness. I'll chime in here. I've been infracted for mentioning street racing in the wrong context on this site. you obviously don't know shit about the admins here. :fuckyeah: posts like this make me proud to be a fellow ginger.
  4. :fuuuu: we all know why that happened. He didn't have a chance when I worked the kinks out of it and he knew it.
  5. I have a couple amps I'm looking to get rid of, I'm tired of looking at them. They both work, and can be tested at the time of purchase. The first is a 1200w Sony 2channel amp, I'm looking to get $100 for it. http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb244/98xploder/aa1af0ee.jpg The second is a JL Audio e2150 I'm looking to get $75 for it. http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb244/98xploder/c5ef9b94.jpg Hit me up if you're interested, I need these things gone.
  6. IMO for the price, you could find a better vehicle. With it's issues I wouldn't pay more than 600 for that sunbird.
  7. Depends how cheap you're getting the car. Honestly though, they're easy to work on.
  8. 2.0 j bodies vibrate quite a bit. As far as the door handle goes, it's also a common issue with early 90s gm cars. The door linkage has little tabs that slide on a straight rail that keep the linkage from twisting around and all that when you open the door, and the slides are known to break. It can be fixed by popping off the door panel and putting a zip tie in place.
  9. I'm sure there will be a reenactment of this story on a future episode of a thousand ways to die.
  10. Specifics about the mods may help you. Injector size, amount of boost, turbo size, compression ratio, etc. Also do you have pics of the interior?

    TONIGHT 9/4

Who's coming out? Looks like a couple people are interested in showing up pending weather, anyone else?
  12. This guy is also a member on ohiodrifting. assuming these wheels will be for his 240 which I could only assume will see time sliding, the wheels would probably hold up a bit better to a powdercoated finish.
