Maybe I'll sound like a jackass, but I guess I just don't care. There's enough other things that spew out more emissions than desired, and if I could get a check for 5k or whatever and still keep my perfectly functioning car, I'd do that.

That sucks, because if I understand it correctly, there really isn't any negative impact to the driver? You could keep the car and not fix anything, and still have no impact...right? I thought I had heard it was just an emissions thing similar to Hyundai lying about their MPG. Or maybe I missed something.

A buddy of mine bought a pretty bad ass one with no experience and has had no issues. Granted, every situation is different, so you might get it and the first day crash it and ruin it, ha! I'd just say to practice on land before you bring it on the water. A model of this quality is easier to control than some POS one.

Thanks for following up. The meeting went well, but I decided it wasn't the right move for me. So a day later I went and got a commercial loan for 150k to buy more rentals. Currently in the process of buying 4 more, then will repeat. I've decided I'm all in on real estate.

My wife's bday is July 7th, so we took Friday the 8th off to celebrate. Every year I buy her some dumb ass purse or jewelry that's on her list and she uses it for a few months and then it sits on her shelf. So this year, I told her I was planning a short overnight trip instead. I booked a room at the Hilton in downtown Indianapolis yesterday, and chose that city for 2 reasons: 1) It's only a 3 hour drive and the hotel room was a good price (I normally spend $150-200 for her bday and the room was $130) 2) I've heard there's lots of fun, quick things to do there. Trip Advisor has been a great resource, but looking to hear from you guys. We are leaving early Friday morning and should get there by noon, so looking for lunch places, dinner/drinks recommendations and stuff to fill Friday and Saturday. Any suggestions? Preferably not crazy expensive...she's turning 24, so it's not like it's some big milestone.
