Hey Clay...I fired my property manager in February of this year, so I manage them myself now. I do have a CPA who has done my taxes for the last 5+ years. She does my personal, business and now my wife's (recently married- 2014). I do not have a financial adviser. Thanks man, I'll see if I can get in touch with them. I do want to see if anyone from CR does this to keep the business "in house".

Hey folks, I know there are a lot of successful people on CR, and as I continue to grow my rental business and my professional career, I feel like I'm getting to the point where I need some guidance on where to put my money, what debt to pay over others, etc. It's getting hard to manage myself and I know that sometimes hiring a professional is best. Looking for someone who has experience with real estate, specifically rentals. I'm located in Hilliard but work on Morse Rd., so anywhere in Columbus is fine really. However, must be available after 5:30p or on weekends, as I work 8-5 every day and my wife works 9-6. Thanks!

LOL at all the idiots on Facebook like "fuck yeah, let's do this!" They are the problem and the same idiots that vote for government officials without knowing what they stand for. That said, legalize it- but in a different way. I've smoked pot twice in my whole life- didn't care for it either time. And being that I work in HR, I can hear people now and their stupidity about it being legal so they can smoke it if they want. Hell, Huntington terminates people for using tobacco and that's been legal for hundreds of years. It won't change in the workplace, so nothing will change anyway except I can go down the street and get it instead of dealing with a sketchy drug dealer.

I think the biggest issue you'll run into is finding a buyer who has financing for a 7 year old car- most banks only do private loans (non dealers) for 5 years or newer. That said, love this thing, I'd drive the fuck out of it. I'll trade you 2 of my vehicles for it.

I don't want to spray because they have dogs- definitely not looking to kill Sparky. I did tell them back in May that'd be removing the fence sometime this year and building a privacy fence, but again, that isn't in the budget. So now I'm just removing the fence- they showed no interest in splitting the cost.

All good insight...I'd not have a chance to get to it until the week of the 24th anyway, so maybe if I talk to them now it would help. I certainly don't want to screw anyone over, but at the same time, one of my frustrations is them not weed eating their grass and it's growing into my yard (I take really good care of my yard). I'm not retaliating, but at the same time, if they would have kept up their end of the bargain I'd probably hate the fence much less. So for financial interest- I can check that with the recorder and zoning office?

This somewhat piggy backs off the grass comments from the other thread, so long story short, I am surround by 4 houses, all of which share a chain link fence with me. The chain link fence is mine, however it is old, rusty, and very poor quality in some areas. Truthfully, it's nothing more than an eyesore. What I'd love to do is put up a privacy fence, but disposable funds will not allow that right now, so I'm thinking about just taking the chain link fence down and not putting anything up, which leads me to my dilemma. 2/4 of my surrounding neighbors have dogs, so they rely on this fence. I don't want to be a total dick and just take it down and say "fuck off, it's your problem", but at the same time, I don't have a dog so I really don't give a shit. Once I let these people know (I don't mind going over and talking to them), is there anything I should be aware of as far as responsibility to keep it up, replace it, etc.? The last thing I want is some neighbor drama, but at the same time, the fence has lived it's life. Hell, I don't even have gates on it anymore because they were so rusty. Thoughts? Advice? Note: No HOA- nice neighborhood in Hilliard. TL;DR: Want to tear down MY fence, neighbors have fence. What to do?

Yep, biggest thing to worry about with 02's are the trans...as Draco said, they're the glass year. Was the rebuild done with newer gears? Any shops can deal with these WRX's....IPS I'm sure does good stuff with them.

I deal with this same fucking thing. Went through 5 pieces of cord just yesterday, and was thinking about literally removing the fence because I was so pissed. Honestly, most of it is my neighbor's grass growing into mine, and since it's my fence and I don't need it (no dogs), I'm about to sawzall the fucker down and let him put up a fence for his dogs.
