Very cool. Wish I knew you had tickets as well... I saw you parking as I was walking to the Paddock area. I looked down the isle you drove down as I walked past, but you must have been looping around somewhere (saw where you ended up as I left). Definitely fun, despite the rain.

My friend is selling an '07 STi with <22k miles on it. I believe he's asking mid 20's. It's rarely driven and insanely clean. 100% stock as well; he was trying to keep it as mint as possible and have it forever.

iirc the nsx did well in its class, with the exception of power. I agree that the car is slow. a stock lexus is350 would beat it, but I feel like the platform is worthy of giving a second look. I'm still a fan of the idea of Supercharging one, like the Comptech kit. Doesn't make it a monster, but makes it much closer to what it should have been (minus the slight loss in throttle response) I like the find...

I was thinking VR4 too. I don't really have experience with either car, but I imagine it would be pretty hard to get a 3800lb 60f/40r weight distribution car handle as well as a 2900 40f/60r. Like i said, I don't have experience with either car, I just looked the weights up, and was having trouble thinking of VR4s being used in any racing circuit.

that is awesome that he made it onto AutoBlog! he was definately booking during that event, leaving two black strips everywhere there was room for some gas, lol. *edit* I just noticed that as he returns to grid he passes by me, then right before they cut the film I drive past him... you have to account for rotating around a point that isn't the COG. iirc, it's not just mr^2 in this case.

Enigmatic Geckos is what my eyes went to first. I try not to click banners that seem sketchy, so only the ones with words like "Supply" "LLC" "Designer" or "Company" would have a chance...if I wanted to click something like that in the first place.

The RS-3's are good tires that seem to heat up really fast. I haven't used them in auto-x, but I can only guess that they are perfect for it. From the reviews i've seen, they're not optimal for Mid-Ohio, as they will get too much heat after a few laps.

Where's that graph that shows $ Spent per Point Earned in a season. There was one done just after Toyota joined which was worthy of LOLs. However, Ferrari just likes to complain. What ever happened to that F1 alternative that there was talks of? I don't follow F1 heavily.
