I just turn on the buffer and hold my hand/finger nails against it or a good absorbing towel. Toothbrushes also work well. I would definitely not wash it, it deteriorates the pad pretty quick.

I'm Matt, I drive a 95 Talon TSiAWD. I'm not actually a "noob" its just been my username on every other forum for like 5+ years. As the car sits right now I have it setup more for a daily as I just moved to columbus (go to osu) and I have no where to work on the car if something goes wrong. Current setup is mild. 2.0 wiesco/eagle, mild headwork, 272's, fic 950s, full exhaust, ecm link, fmic etc. I have had some past big number setups so I can be pretty helpful as far as that goes if people need help.
