I went into Hatfield on Thursday to schedule the yearly maintenance on my GLI and walked the lot as usual. I caught this Tiguan sitting there and I have always loved the models with the bigger wheels, LED DRL’s and the more aggressive wheel arches. Long story short, my fiancé had a 2007 Toyota Corolla that had 187,000 miles and I was tired of continuing to put money into it and it was terrible in the snow. So picked this up. It is a 2017 Sport FWD with pano roof, Navi, Apple Car Play, heated seats, etc. It was a one owner lease car and I picked it up today with 19,400 miles. Still a little factory warranty left and then the CPO kicks in. She is in love with it and I actually enjoy driving it as well after a two hour trip to Cleveland on Friday. Big fan here that has endured years and years of sadness. This is awesome! I will miss peppers as he really came into the scene this year with his hybrid style. If the rumors are true it will work out with Earl Thomas back there. Hopefully we get some more FA to fill some questionable areas like RG since we traded him away for Vernon. Still super exciting, not expecting a Super Bowl but playoffs yes. I was working a home show a week ago and was across from garage kings. Talked to them for a little and was impressed with the work they do by what I saw and talked about. They use commercial equipment to sand and repair the floor first, then lay the coating down.

Love my G1 as well

My father had an 03 C4S 6spd that he found in CA with 11k miles. He had it shipped out, did the IMS to be safe, fluids, tires (originals were still on it) and replaced some hoses and all in he was at $35k. He sold it two years later for $37k. It ended being a really fun car to drive and I enjoyed it very much. The seats were great (I'm 6'4) and you could really hear the engine. Always enjoyed looking into the driver side mirror and seeing those wide hips. It was fun to drive a car like that without all the electronics that come in the cars now too. If it wasn't for the grey exterior and interior I think he would of kept it longer. It is now out in Iowa with a 70 year old man. I wouldn't hesitate owning a C4S in a heartbeat as long as you understand that general upkeep is more than a Honda.

Listening to 97.1 today they made some good points about the Heisman award. All it has become is a QB award when it is the best player in college football. The award seems to be predetermined as Haskins was +6000 for winning and Corso already knew. They also talked about how they pretty much decide in October who it is going to be. Murray will be playing against the Clippers next year, Tua will be at Bama and Haskins will be cashing checks. Martell is already +1000 to win the Heisman next year, but it will probably be Tua if he doesn't het hurt. As a Michigan fan, everyone has been saying early Christmas present was Urban retiring, but not so much. I wont get excited until they start beating OSU. Tough loss with the safety this weekend too. It is tough to get excited about UofM football when we have a 1 loss season going into OSU and then get decimated. Not even excited for the bowl game.

Thanks for the responses even the how dumb I am. Only ever purchased a new car and not used yet so new process for me. Not getting car, do not want a personal loan at 8% for three months, then refinance it to a car loan and have to pay tax twice. Not worth the hassle and the savings wash.

My future brother in law works for HAM and is under the car program. His touring CRV is up for him to turn in and if I were to get it, I would save some money. Since my fiancé is not “blood” to him it can not go straight into her name. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
