Time for a fartcan, problem solved! No, but really, I've seen plenty of those late 90's civics have rusty exhausts, it must be a pretty common problem... My brother's 98 civic's muffler rusted off right where the pipe and the muffler connect, and I believe his was was able to be welded.

I plan to redo the wheels and get new front tires over the winter, but I'm keeping the same stance. And yeah, I tried to make sure my intro was good, I heard that you get torn up big time if your intro sucks That's Ryan, the other guy in Marysville. I'm the one from Marysville who fixes computers. The easiest way to tell our cars apart from a distance is that his windows (now just the backs) are tinted, while mine are not.

Thanks! Oh, I've got to give most of the props to the previous owner though, I bought it pretty much as-is. I feel like it has a pretty good stance, without having the typical VW "slam, stretch" stuff. If it was N. High up near 270, then possibly, otherwise it probably wasn't me There is another GTI in Marysville that looks pretty much just like mine, however! He's got the same grille, same color, similar wheels; but has a 1.8t and tinted windows... could have been him?

Hey guys, my name is Kyle and I drive a 2001 VW GTI. It's black with the VR6 engine. I'm from Marysville, but being such a boring town, I head to Dublin/Columbus a few times a week. I've heard about CR through some friends I've met at meets, so I figured I'd check it out. Before this summer, I hadn't gone to any car meets; however now I go to the Sawmill and Hilliard meets just about every weekend, and a few VW meets. I'm definitely excited to find out about more meets, though!
