  12. Anyone on here do any fencing? bought a house a few months ago and would like to get a fence put up in the backyard. Got a quote today, the company measured 175ft of fence with 1 gate. quoted me over 3k for pressure treated wood. obviously, the cheaper the better and would prefer cedar as it last longer. let me know if that's something that you do or if you have any connections with a fencing company. thanks

  19. I realized this topic has been covered a few times, but it's been at least 2 years since it was last update. I need to get an insurance quote for an in contract home. I have progessive right now for my auto and renters, can't seem to find any brokers for progressive. So tried going the online quote route and came back declined coverage (not sure why). Got a quote from a broker for allstate and they want to charge me $1048 for a year. that seems really high to me, does anyone here insurance brokers or have a local that they would highly recommend? thanks
