  1. Oooo yes, very nice. I went down to enthusiast auto in cincy to check out a heavily modded s52 swapped 95 318ti, and the guy had several e30 m3 and half were s50/52 swaps. Such beautiful things. Wish I had the time and money to keep my 328is. How far are you willing to travel to get a car you're interested in?
  2. E30 with m52 swap, s52 cams, m50 intake manifold, asc secondary delete (if equipped on intake), electric fan conversion, i/h/e, tune, suspension mods, be a nice little car. Or skip swap and find e36 328is and then do the mods. That keeps it fairly cheap, but if want to get wild, boost it! But I also dig the old supra idea. Always liked them.
  3. I will stay up on this, and might try to make it out for a practice for fun. Not sure if I could actually be on team since I made some recent fuck ups I have to take care of, so good to see got enough players. I might be able to be a stand in, but need to get out to one of the damn practices! I need find out if I can change my nights off because that would help too.
  4. Very nice. And like everyone else, that color looks great on it.
  5. Sounds like the valve seat shit the bed. It tends to happen on the #4 cylinder. I have built a custom cvh engine (95 0.40 over bottom end, 87 carb head w/heart shaped chamber modified for hydraulic roller cam and sefi) after that valve seat destroyed the head. Hopefully coolant didnt seep into head bolt, I believe the rear one next to #4 which is common, because then it will most likely break.
  6. I try to avoid the majority of people on the road. I prefer to drive at night when possible.
  7. I haven't done shit to anyone. I only think its neighbors kids. And asking them if their car has been hit isn't possible. They dont have a car. The only reason why I am getting this, and well old guy next to me, is because we have newer cars and/or cars they want. Their parents don't work, so they have no respect for anything since they can't get anything. I would have confronted the person(s) but it isn't possible either. Only have speculation of who it might be. If i knew/saw who did it, I would have confronted them. At this point, I am trying to catch them in the act. I'm not sitting bitching online not doing anything like several people do. I'm trying to get a camera set up now since I tend to be sleeping when they do this. I'm doing shit, because I want these damn kids off my lawn! And the idea of hunting camera is quite clever. Hmmm, more options. Can't wait to get these bastards!
  8. Actually that Megan racing fpr could be a rrfpr. But Aeromotive makes fantastic rrfpr. I think I even have a 13109 fpr sitting around from the sr20. I pulled it off to run factory fuel set up, and previous owner installed it incorrectly. But if you go buy one, make sure you get the fittings and hose to hook it up. To make it easy, get the twist tite fittings/hose.
  9. Holden! Front end isn't bad, back end :dumb:
  10. Well, I am going to do what I can. The police, and myself, think it is my next door neighbors but can't catch them in the act. They seem to know exactly when I sleep. So all I have right now is heavy police patrol around the house, cause they want to catch the bastards too. I hopefully will have a couple flood lights installed today. From there, I am trying to figure what else I could do. I want security cameras so I could catch them, but don't have the money for the DVR set up and all the cameras to catch around entire garage. Maybe link loud ass alarm to flood light on side of garage where car was parked, and be on a switch to turn off. So far, I can see some scratches where one of the mud smears was. Not bad, almost like they were afraid to scratch paint but still tried. And by the time I got to the police department, after leaving work, I had a line of fried egg across the hood and poached eggs on roof all the way to trunk. Most came off since all the rain, but I hit the car wash to clean it up. I am hoping there is no real damage. AND........ 1. they are underage, so my ass would be getting whopped by cops 2. their parents could care less, nor have money to fix damages that result to cost of rubbing compound 3. fun watching the pussies cry, but criminal offense 4. I like to eat my eggs 5. thought of planting super stink bomb all over their yard (ones that smell like raw sewage and can potentially harm people) 6. possibly happening, but definitely getting flood lights 7. already bitched, and already started doing shit
  11. Three items the piece of shit neighborhood kids like to use on my cars. In less then two months, three cars at my house have been hit. It started with my dads Focus, which was no big deal and its been sitting at my place ever since he moved to Kentucky. Then my Saturn got hit, which pissed me off, but I cleaned it off and couldn't tell where it was scratched. Just last night, the one night I felt fine about car being outside, they hit my Cruze. They got it good with egg, and then I found steel wool on the windshield covered in mud. I can't see if there has been damage from the steel wool yet since its dark, but there is a mud smear on the hood. Since I didn't have time before work, I get to leave early from work to file a police report in case more damage is found. I brushed off the other two cars, but they have gone too far now. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but the fact it has happened three times, it isn't going to stop. These kids parents could care less what they do. Wonder if they would care when I catch them and send them bills for professional detailing after what they do. So I think its time for security cameras.
  12. It is hard figuring these things out without being there. lol, might need to get back with what your fuel pressure readings are. Also, anyway to double check afr with another wideband? I know my friend has had issues with his Innovate giving him false lean conditions, very similar to what you were saying. Also, I am not sure how to check about whether the pump is high or low pressure. I don't know if the things are marked on the pumps that way.
  13. Wait, at 8psi it is running 13.5 afr? That isn't rich. I'd rather see low 12 to high 11. I really don't see it pegging MAF since its the stock turbo and MAF. From factory, doesnt it run 8-12.5 psi? I can't remember. I think the one in my garage is putting out 8psi factory set (so I believe factory set). That engine easily did 11-12 afr on stock t28, MAF, stock injectors, and stock fpr at 12psi. Might want to double check wideband, fuel pressure under boost, and possible small vacuum leak. Though seems odd that it ran richer, at points, before on higher boost and no boost controller. And about the boost referencing fpr, it is a regulator that increases pressure when under boost. They can vary in different ratios from 1:1 to like 15:1, meaning that for every psi of boost, it could increase fuel pressure 15psi. Normally those high ratios are used on cars with stock fuel maps/injectors (poor boy fuel "tuning"). Now about your Walbro pump, is it the high pressure one or low pressure pump?
  14. Not looking good for me. My dumb ass was up most of the day watching games instead of sleeping before work. I'm at work now till 8am, so I'm bound to fall asleep sometime between now and noon. Doing absolutely nothing at work other then keeping chair warm makes it hard to stay awake. I would be one of the first ones there since I would need to find something to do for four hours in Marysville or Dublin because I'm not driving home then down to Dublin at noon. So if there isn't a dark blue Cruze there by noon, I have fallen asleep somewhere.
  15. I will definitely see if I can make it out. My schedule sucks, but would like to get into this.
  16. Well the guy has not called me back. I truly don't know exactly what is up with it. The guy is a talker, but is hard to get him to talk about what was going on with it. I wish the vehicle was still together so I could see what was wrong. But like you said, I don't see it being the second gear issue. At first I did, because I saw the recall and was narrow minded on that. All I ever got from him was it seemed to drive (at least a couple times) but not far. It seemed that once it started to warm up, it either wouldn't shift/wouldn't accelerate anymore. It is just taking too long, so who knows what this guy will do now.
  17. I was a quarterback and defensive back in high school. But not sure how playing game and then going to work right after would go for me. If you really need another skill player, let me know. I will see what I could do.

  19. Beat me to it! That has to be a bad day after taking that challenge
  20. The chicken I make doesn't have like a peanut sauce. It is like a batter that becomes crunchy on it after baking. I would have never had it if it was like a sauce. lol, If you are somewhat tempted at trying it, http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1739,153161-227195,00.html . I don't add much salt or pepper to the batter and don't fully follow recipe. I just make batter to the thickness I like, and it looks like it barely coats the chicken. Bake it, and makes it nice and crunchy while chicken is tender. I also buy a better, and natural peanut butter. So if you are bored and want to, there it is. But if you are still skeptical, don't base a meal on doing this. Don't want you pissed at me for wasting a whole meal (if you didn't like it), because I say the one I make is fucking amazing!
  21. Everyone says that, but so far everyone has liked it. Shit is amazing! Went to a Chinese buffet that had it, and it was okay. So I had to experiment on my own and so much better. And I don't even like peanut butter that much.
  22. Ribs missing on the belt is basically the same as it completely breaking. It has jumped time, and it isn't good on interference engines. It most likely ate the teeth at the crank, and allowed the crank to rotate most likely contacting some valves. It sucks. I've dealt with with two engines that killed themselves due to timing recently. I bet those engines are fairly cheap at junkyard. I seriously wouldn't bother tearing it apart knowing its an interference engine. You may be able to pass with head replacement and new belt (don't go cheap on a belt though), but it is possible to have bent the rod(s). Do you happen to have a garage and engine hoist to pull engine, if you go that route?
  23. I had no idea about any of this. Of course I never watch the news. Anyone down for IHOP? lol
